20/6/2024 15:07 | 30m shares have been issued this year alone. If they all sold their tax liability , that would be 10m shares. Do you think that this weak share support could handle that?Lots more selling to come imho. Short % now at 1.5% and rising quickly. Don't listen to Nige, he only knows how to LOSE!!!! | wallywoo
20/6/2024 14:55 | The S4 director only sold part of his S4 shareholding to pay his taxes liabilities that was triggered by full ownership of his shareholding in S4, he still holds almost 4m shares. I bet that he's not best pleased that he had to sell at these bargain prices. "The Company received notification on 13 June 2024 that pursuant to a pre-approved trading plan dated 20 May 2024, on 23 May 2024 Brady Brim-DeForest, a PDMR, sold 1,429,546 ordinary shares of £0.25 each at a price of £0.515 each (for an aggregate price of £736,216.19). The shares were sold to meet to meet US tax liabilities triggered by full ownership of his shareholding in S4 Capital. Post-sale, Brady Brim-DeForest's shareholding in the Company is 3,967,678 shares." | nige co
20/6/2024 14:46 | Just to prove that Wally tells lies, this is what I actually said. Where did I use the word NEVER SELL? Nige Co - 06 Jun 2024 - 15:52:50 - 10805 of 10879 SFOR - SFOR So all these S4 directors will sell up @50p, after turning down a takeover offer of 96p per share because the offer wasn't regarded as being credible. Yeah that makes sense. LOL. | nige co
20/6/2024 14:37 | LOL, Stupid saying of the month. Impossible with you around Wally, I never said that directors "would never sell" you just keep telling lies don't you, they just roll off your tongue. I hate, hate, hate liars, so its back to the filter bin for old Wally. | nige co
20/6/2024 14:10 | Lol, "only a novice investor worries he is losing money " Nige, you have won most stupid saying of the month. Even more stupid than you saying that Directors will never sell at these prices levels. When at that exact same time a Director was selling £700k of stock! I hate hate hate losing money. I will tolerate for a week maybe, holding a position in loss. Especially if it pays a high dividend. But holding a stock with no return and in huge loss for 2 years. Just very very stupid. Read any investment book sell your losers, hold on to your winners. This has been bumping along the bottom for 6 months now. Won't be long before new lows are hit. You paid rampers really do say weird stuff!!! But I guess you are trying to prevent shareholders throwing in the towel. That's what you are paid for!!! Wave that white flag before the shxt hits the fan. Ocado shareholders feeling that pain today, and their shares consolidated for 3 months before fall. The pain here could be worse. Shorts are increasing here, be very careful. | wallywoo
20/6/2024 11:39 | ONLY DAYS AWAY FROM SUCCESS. SFOR did say H2 will be transformative as Deals flow and Revenue Increases. Analysts very positive so expect Higher Highs. Only Days Away for H2 and rapid progress and rapid increases. Happy Days Ahead.. | halfpenny
20/6/2024 09:02 | Wally... "I would be much more worried about this being down 5%, with a big closing auction trade at 46p (241k). The general market is up today too. Of course, if you were a real long pi you would be." Why would I be worried? only a novice investor would be worried. I will take advantage of weak holders. Over on the LSE discussion board there is a poster who claims to hold over 2 million shares in S4 Capital. He also trades and often discloses large trades that he's just made, giving details about the trade information. His point is that some trades are disclosed on trading platforms and others aren't. I wonder if he's worried? | nige co
20/6/2024 08:54 | Martin Sorrell Has a Plan to Bring S4 Back to Growth "Sorrell’s company is on the hunt for “whoppers,&rdq | nige co
19/6/2024 21:00 | I would be much more worried about this being down 5%, with a big closing auction trade at 46p (241k). The general market is up today too. Of course, if you were a real long pi you would be. Not just a sad paid ramper trying to bully cynic's off a BB!!! Perhaps we won't have to wait long before this support level fails. Large 1.4m director sell a few days ago too. Despite many on here saying there's no way directors will sell at these levels. Just 1 week after nige told us that no director will sell!!! "Nige Co6 Jun '24 - 15:52 - 10805 of 10873 0 3 0 So all these S4 directors will sell up @50p, after turning down a takeover offer of 96p per share because the offer wasn't regarded as being credible. Yeah that makes sense. LOL." Remember that 43m shares owned by ex directors can be sold without shareholders knowing!! | wallywoo
19/6/2024 16:35 | Easy to find your trades & prices ect, with contract notes. | nige co
19/6/2024 14:36 | Sadly I would suggest that Sir Martin Sorrell ego, believing WPP was his to do with as he pleased and his subsequent removal and him wishing to prove he was the complete architect of WPP success at 76 years old has resulted in abject failure with S 4 Capital. Shame I use to enjoy his commentary at Davos. He comes across as a very knowledgeable and measured commentator. | girvin
19/6/2024 14:28 | Wally, so you're not willing to disclose your S4 trades? This speaks volumes, just as I thought. All mouth and no trousers. So I will take it that you lost your shirt on S4, buying high 400p plus and selling low 200p. | nige co
19/6/2024 14:25 | This company needs a fundraising, it's that simple. Not investable at moment. | girvin
19/6/2024 14:04 | Well let's see, tongosti. You believe that Sfor will massively bounce at some point soon. Just like you have for a very long time. With numerous failed break outs. I believe that Sfor have weak support at this price level. Once broken, the share price will dive lower. Should only be a month or so. When the Q2 sales figures are released, I bet. Let's see who is right!!! | wallywoo
19/6/2024 13:06 | Wally you're a big doughnut pal who knows sweet FÃ about trading pal. | tongosti
19/6/2024 12:30 | Lol,You protest too much!!Always a sign of dishonesty. I care little for your numerous attempts to discredit me, because I am a genuine pi with a great track record of predicting S4's share price. Revenue was down 14% in the last qtr. Sales going elsewhere is a growing trend here. Be very careful catching this falling knife. One more bit of bad news and this will drop like a stone. | wallywoo
19/6/2024 11:20 | Wally, I proved you wrong on so many points yet no apology? I did sell half of my shares in the 220s but bought them back far too soon. The majority of my posts on here are articles that have been posted by other board members on LSE. The £15m net debt by 2025 post that you refer to was what the analysts was predicting, I did point this out at the time, maybe you should to read it again?.Don't shoot the messenger. You must have plenty of spare time Wally going through my post history, that's sad, while I wouldn't waste my time looking at your history. S4 debt isn't a problem, it will be reduced going forward and the latest analysts prediction for 2026 Net Debt will be down to £79.2m. I've been honest with my comments Wally, regarding dates of trades and prices paid, how about you being honest and disclose the prices that you bought & sold S4 Capital at? This should be interesting. What price did you purchase S4 Capital at? 400p plus, what price did you sell at? 200p. This would explain your bitterness towards S4. I haven't lost a penny in S4, I haven't sold out yet, I've only made a gain. I still believe that S4 share price will recover. | nige co
19/6/2024 10:32 | Lol, yes but you didn't sell then! You held on to your holding and are now down 80%. Also posting 2/3 times a day everyday (on average) what a great investment this is. No real investor 80% down posts what a great investment they have every day!!! Also posting many of the same posts onto the Lse BB. That's a paid ramper!! Sfor is a terrible investment. The amount of debt, momentum of sales revenue, increasing number of shares in issue, 43m ex directors shares to sell, ALL combined make this MUCH MUCH more likely to tank from here. Would you like me to post when you said that debt was NO problem and would be £15m net debt by 2025?? That was when the shares were 200p too!!! Just a little support at this price point, then the chart shows 40p and under. | wallywoo
19/6/2024 07:55 | "I'm only too happy to buy at these what I can only discribe as bargain prices. Time will tell I guess" Wally, further to add to my above comment that you highlighted dated 30 July 2022, had anyone acted on my comment (not that I was giving advice)they would have doubled their money within 6 months, as the share price shot up to 249p. So I stand by my then comment that S4 was indeed a bargain. I was on the money. | nige co
19/6/2024 07:46 | Any AI investment required?... | diku
19/6/2024 07:42 | Focus now is on a Transformative phase with H2 only days away as Orders and Revenue ramp up as A1 demand increases. Great Value so get on the Train to make a Gain. Happy days Ahead..Future brighter H2 | halfpenny
19/6/2024 07:35 | Once a Wally Always a Wally !! | halfpenny
18/6/2024 17:49 | Wally I will just prove you wrong on so many points. 1, I first bought in S4 on 21st July 2022 @123p & again on 27 July 2022 @116.9p, so I have not been invested in S4 for 2.5 years as you claim. 2, I didn't buy in @200p+. 3, I have other shareholding like BT that I only occasionally comment on. So you're wrong again that I only comment on this board. 4, You post on here more than I do and I have good reason for being here, I own shares while you don't. You are a board disruptor, you have an ulterior motive. Not a good look. 5, Regarding the comment that you have posted above dated 30 July 2022, this was a reply to another poster. I'm not ramping, I'm just giving my opinion, on June 30th the S4 share price was 130p, considering where the share price had just fallen from 240p plus, my feelings at that time was that S4 was undervalued. I also pointed out the negative, being the age of SMS. I was true to my word that I would take my chances and hold S4 for a few years. I also said time will tell. I was not advising anyone to buy or sell S4, just giving my opinion regarding what my intentions was, isn't that what these BB are for? Exchanging opinions. | nige co
18/6/2024 17:11 | Let's go back 2 years, Nige. When you first bgt in here with the share price around 200p+. Since then you have posted exclusively (99%) on this BB. And 930ish posts, all just as positive. Don't you feel shame? That your posts could of influenced many poster's to be 80%+ down here too?? Don't you have better things to do than flog this dead horse?? Do you see why I think you are paid to do this??? 2 to 3 posts every day ( average) exclusively for 2 years on a investment down 80% in that time. Nige Co - 30 Jul 2022 - 15:51:40 - 5171 of 10857SFOR - SFORTom, I would echo everything what you've said, I also missed S4 first time around. I'm only too happy to buy at these what I can only discribe as bargain prices. Time will tell I guess, but I'm happy to hold these for a few years and take my chances. The only dowside I see is the age of our leader Sir Martin Sorrell, he's a proven winner, I'm sure that he will sort S4 out going forward. | wallywoo |
