Wally I will just prove you wrong on so many points.

1, I first bought in S4 on 21st July 2022 @123p & again on 27 July 2022 @116.9p, so I have not been invested in S4 for 2.5 years as you claim.

2, I didn't buy in @200p+.

3, I have other shareholding like BT that I only occasionally comment on. So you're wrong again that I only comment on this board.

4, You post on here more than I do and I have good reason for being here, I own shares while you don't. You are a board disruptor, you have an ulterior motive. Not a good look.

5, Regarding the comment that you have posted above dated 30 July 2022, this was a reply to another poster. I'm not ramping, I'm just giving my opinion, on June 30th the S4 share price was 130p, considering where the share price had just fallen from 240p plus, my feelings at that time was that S4 was undervalued. I also pointed out the negative, being the age of SMS. I was true to my word that I would take my chances and hold S4 for a few years. I also said time will tell. I was not advising anyone to buy or sell S4, just giving my opinion regarding what my intentions was, isn't that what these BB are for? Exchanging opinions.

Let's go back 2 years, Nige. When you first bgt in here with the share price around 200p+.


Since then you have posted exclusively (99%) on this BB. And 930ish posts, all just as positive.

Don't you feel shame? That your posts could of influenced many poster's to be 80%+ down here too??


Don't you have better things to do than flog this dead horse??

Do you see why I think you are paid to do this??? 2 to 3 posts every day ( average) exclusively for 2 years on a investment down 80% in that time.

I'm only too happy to buy at these what I can only discribe as bargain prices. Time will tell I guess, but I'm happy to hold these for a few years and take my chances. The only dowside I see is the age of our leader Sir Martin Sorrell, he's a proven winner, I'm sure that he will sort S4 out going forward.

Wally, I'm not ramping, just sharing news articles isn't ramping.

Did you manage to find the information that took me all of 5 minutes to find on the company's website, that you claimed wasn't be available regarding new shares issued by S4?

Do you intend to apologise for your blatant lies to mislead people with your scare stories? I wonder if anyone sold out at 35p based on your de ramping, before watching the share price rise to 61p within 3 weeks.

I'm still waiting for your 20p price, just asking.

Analysts very positive so expect Higher Highs.

Wally, if you was to look on the company's website, all the information that you claim isn't available clearly is. It took me all of five minutes to find. I could explain exactly where the info is, but I will let you try and find this info yourself. But don't let the truth get in the way of your usual negative made up trash. A warning to all, DYOR.

Lol, I have been listening to comments made by S4 that acquisition payments and share issuing is coming to an end for 2 years.


Forgive me for not believing them. They put nothing in a official statement. For example, this is what they said over 2 months ago (qtr1 trading statement):

"with an emphasis on deploying free cash flow to improve shareowner returns, now all significant merger payments have been made. "

They have issued nearly 30m shares (£15m at 50p per share), since then. Lies lies and more lies!!!

As I said, the norm seems to be 3 years post acquisition for S4 stopping shares being issued to the company. What evidence do you have that the acquisitions post May 2021 do not offer this??? A comment made at a AGM is not evidence, especially as S4 have been making very similar comments for 2 years. 4m shares on average
issued every month for 5 years!!!!!! That's all investors need to understand.

Simple question.
If you did which I now doubt, you would have heard it asked and answered.
Evidence? I just listened and heard what was said, and mention it here.
It was not in the statement or an rns, as questions at AGM's aren't separately reported.
But maybe you can get to see a replay?
For all your posts I'm surprised you didn't attend even if on-line and ask!
The board continued until every question was asked and answered.

There is certainly no rns evidence, and the AGM statement does not mention it.


Since S4 have been net issuing on average 4m+ shares every single month for the past 5 years, you would think that they would tell investors it has now stopped (with today being the last issue). An extremely tall tale imho, especially as 3 years post acquisition seems to be the norm, and there were many acquisitions after May 2021.


Share issuing is 1 of the major reasons why this has fallen 90% in 2 years. You need to provide more evidence if pi's will believe you. And S4 need to guarantee that this practice of issuing shares like sweets has stopped. Always a HUGE sign of a poor investment. Though there are red flags all over this investment.

This is the last of the shares to be issued for the acquisitions made over the last few years. FYI.

Nearly another 11m shares issued today. Taking the total to 607m shares in issue. That's a net 24m shares added since January 2024 (after taking 6m shares off for the share buyback).


This time from an acquisition from 3 years ago. How many more are due? Who knows, since S4 don't tell shareholders. They are extremely quiet on this point, 30m new shares added since January. 6m shares bgt back, which they have mentioned numerous times. Seems very dishonest to me.


Just another reason to not buy this terrible investment. That's because your shareholding is diluted almost every month as they issue more and more shares.

I'm sure that SMS will be quaking in his boots, not. Who should I trust SMS who has 37 years of experience behind him, turning a £1m company in WPP in to a £16BLN company, the worlds largest advertiser, or should we all listen to a random poster on a discussion board? I think that I will take my chances with the clear expert, who given time, I fully believe will have all the doubters eating their words. Place your bets.

Auson, you're right, Wally has been wrong on quite a few occasions, but likes to talk a good game. I'm still waiting for his 20p price target, I will load the truck.

It went down from 300 when you said it was going up to 400.

It went up from 114 to 250 when you said it was going down below £1.

It went up from 37 to 63 when you said it was going down to 20.
