has RMG ever given any indication of the true value of its tangible assets (i'm thinking about the £ billions of freehold land and buildings)

when were they last revalued ?

this is trading around half tangible book value

I am quite sure the tangible book value in the accounts is a very very conservative number

this could really be trading at less than 1/3 of the actual tangible book value
