10/7/2020 08:48 | So employees of Hannam held shares in Rre. Did they buy having info the rest of market didn’t?? | pjackson2
09/7/2020 15:55 | Said tommy ! Big things to come here , loads cash in bank/ predictor RRE :) | shortforever
09/7/2020 13:41 | Very quiet all of a sudden. Just like that... | rizler
07/7/2020 19:20 | acquisition by Viaro has been backed by 37% of shareholders | laserdisc
07/7/2020 15:57 | It seems anyone with a 1% holding and sells has to make a declaration under current T/O rules.............. Looks then like they are selling for cash rather than wait 3 months and a court case. | anley
07/7/2020 14:55 | Share price pretty steady today . Just like the last couple of weeks but at a higher level . I wonder how long it will be before the new company announces some major acquisition? | danawinner
06/7/2020 21:25 | Where that costa ! Up an away last few months :) | shortforever
06/7/2020 20:57 | Done deal, can’t see any others coming in. With senior management moving over to VG I feel talks may have been on going for a few months, or is this a way of taking private via back door? Feel for the ones buying around Jan/pre covid. Shafted is how I feel, even after making over 200% over a few months. I hope to see some of you with your insight/knowledge on the LBE Board if not TC, stay safe, enjoy life as you gonna take Zero once you drop!! ATB | mustau
06/7/2020 20:00 | "Over 30% done deal" - those are undertakings to accept the offer, so if a higher offer comes in, those directors would move ot the new offeror in all likelihood | adamb1978
06/7/2020 18:59 | I sold today as well.Over 30% done deal with the board shares so I can't see any more upside. It's been fun RRE. Would like to of been here a few years more but it is what it is. | morph7
06/7/2020 13:24 | Is there a timetable issued yet for the general meeting to vote on the offer? L. | lazygun
06/7/2020 12:33 | Today, Viaro Energy has reached agreement with #RRE to acquire the entire share capital.Here, @DDS_DocHoliday catches up with @mgrahamwood to discuss this and other potential deals...#LBE #SLE #SQZ #CERP #BPC #SOU #JOG #IOG #SAVE #ADME #PRD #PPC #HURhttps://total-ma | burtond1
06/7/2020 12:19 | yes but that would be more likely if the current offer was hostile rather than agreed, although I would welcome at least £20/share :) ...anyway I'm not selling | bountyhunter
06/7/2020 12:05 | Agreed offer doesnt really mean much though. If another company calls then and offers £20 per share, and its a deliverable offer, then thats the one which would win as the directors would have to change their recommendation. Given the balance sheet, its not impossible that you see a counter offer, and then a counter to that counter! | adamb1978
06/7/2020 11:37 | Now I just need a mega bid for HUR to be all square in the oil sector since before the pandemic! Fortunately done ok elsewhere however. | bountyhunter
06/7/2020 11:34 | A done deal I would think as an agreed offer, may as well wait for 1850 rather than selling now for 1830 to avoid the risk premium imo. | bountyhunter
06/7/2020 10:56 | Giving it away. Offer is covered by cash so assets are free. How much is 20,000 barrels a day usually valued at. | pjackson2
06/7/2020 08:57 | Absolutely Adam - don't think you can "lose" by continuing to hold? | dunderheed
06/7/2020 08:55 | Fair enough - lets see. I dont have a use for the cash as yet as I'm deliberately running around 50% invested at the moment given the disconnect between markets vs the economy, so happy to hold and see whether another offer emerges. Given the balance sheet of RRE compared to the offer level, it feels to me like a realistic enough prospect to continue holding | adamb1978
06/7/2020 08:37 | Well that was a decent ride .... Less than 18months of my involvement I don't expect another buyer to emerge so have sold. Core holding tripled and with trading round the edges well AA has done me very well. I thank him and add it to the list of sold oil firms that have made me money. | thedudie
06/7/2020 08:30 | Perhaps a new home for all you rich RRE shareholders ?!?!? Namely AIM listed UOG / LSE:UOG In a new research note out today on LSE:UOG brokers Cenkos have increased their share price target from 7.3p up to 9.5p We value United’s portfolio (minus Jamaica) at US$91.3m, c4.5x its current market cap. Unrisked, we value United’s entire portfolio at US$321.7m (including Jamaica) or 34.9p per share, >16x United’s current market cap. We set our target price in line with our risked valuation (minus Jamaica) at 9.5p, a 280% premium to the current share price and reiterate our BUY recommendation. | cpap man
06/7/2020 08:29 | Or wtgr respect Adam it's simply a done deal? I think there's more value to it - but AA is a very astute man and unless this is an attempt to flush some other bidder out (which I wouldn't out past him re "tactics") - I'd say it was game over. I'm going for game over and big respect to AA's team - many congratulations! | dunderheed
06/7/2020 07:46 | Trading up to < 2% of the offer price - can be an indication that the market thinks there is a reasonable prospect of another offeror being flushed out. Personally I wouldnt be selling at all for the next couple weeks. Any potential acquiror is going to having board calls over the next few days to decide whether to throw their hat into the ring | adamb1978
06/7/2020 07:25 | TXP would be my new home for funds from here. | spawny100 |
