Yes I went to a conference just before the virus with lots of oil execs and industry people who knew their stuff. Talked about RRE and others. They all think that there is a lot more to extract and it was very interesting.

Dragon, don't want to try and extend his ability too far (guess you are talking about CostaCoffee) ..... Janet and John book 2C, is his next challenge. It is amazing how, with improvement in technologies and well mgt how much more can be extracted. One of my holdings doubled their 2P's with various techniques, not only that, but also increased their boepd too. atb

Are you pretending to be stupid? The decommissioning half life is 2030 and field life goes beyond that. Why don't you get the production profile out and review it so you understand how they extend field life and take production beyond 2030.

Also do you think lenders ask for a 3 month cashflow and business plan or do you think they want a 10 or 20yr model with long term predictions on the business viability? I do not believe for one minute that today's oil price will put lenders off if the long term projections show it to be viable.

Really? Have you any evidence to support that conclusion? Just with interest rates close to nil and big finance businesses having a forward liability that needs approx 6% return to keep them alive I would of thought the opposite. Plus govt putting in place an infrastructure lending programme. Private equity less likely but debt lending against a proven asset base is not a problem

I have checked it all and run my own profiles and the latest presentations are pretty clear that 80m reserves is what the company has and intends to produce. Currently targeting peak production of 30k boepd late 2021 which could be timed perfectly for good O&G prices. Throw in an acquisition and reserves could easily be 200m with 60k boepd. This is why I am not too concerned with daily move my on oil as longer term is where the prize is.

Dana I can only assume in a similar vein to earlier post, regarding EENTS prose, that said Costa postings are as witty as Oscar Wildes, ethereal as some classic Shakespeare and you are enchanted by his wicked intellect and genuinely interested in his economic, philosophical viewpoints but really, probably better just to filter the blighter like I have??!!

1p is proven....and is about 20 mil,2P was 60 mil,about 50 right now,and....2c.....maybe technically 80 mil if is possible to drain everything out
