27/3/2020 07:46 | They must be desperate these share profit writers lol | ammu12
27/3/2020 07:38 | Think shareprophets are about to run an expose on the old office. I hear the stapler and A4 pads are the big problem items. I am selling my entire holding immediately ? | dragon35
27/3/2020 07:23 | Yer right lol | robo175
27/3/2020 07:19 | One fears how large the decommissioning bill for the, now out of use, old office could be and what impact this may have on viability of Company as an on-going entity - troubling times here! | 5chipper
27/3/2020 07:04 | Change of registered office.Boom | ammu12

26/3/2020 14:51 | Yes it's time for the next leg up into the close.A 7.50 closing price would be perfect as a base for tomorrow. If the G20 manages to to sort itself out we could see some serious gains in the next week. GLA | danawinner
26/3/2020 13:44 | It's trying to break 7. Once it does I think we'll have a nice quick move to 10 | jason_scrap
26/3/2020 13:14 | You are forgetting the sales they made in all non-hedged oil and gas during Q1 so your numbers are very low. | dragon35
26/3/2020 13:05 | wondered where the $50m reduction is being applied, Arran? | russiaguru
26/3/2020 13:02 | Are they all due this year? Can you guarantee oil will be $20 for next 15 years? | dragon35
26/3/2020 12:19 | I make oil and gas hedges worth roughly $30m each in 2020. | swanvesta
26/3/2020 12:12 | Have you seen the gas hedges ? | ammu12
26/3/2020 12:12 | Guys wtgr and again said from a relatively large holding posn you do have to be aware of how long these price wars can go on. Look back and dyor but realistically speaking, the last two times the Saudis fell out with rest of world/opec (imho) it took at least 12 months on each occasion for each of the parties to accede. Absolutely these are great reassuring results and I'm a lot happier today than yesterday (lol). I'm just looking short term to more pricing pressure (although the "physical" mkt is at levels that start to focus producers minds!) in April to the next 6 months and how the "mkt" will react to this? A few choppy waves ahead methinks. I have a reasonable amount of cash set aside (and I'm a gambler!) but I ain't buying yet! Cue all the trader punters accusing me of ..."just wanting to get the price down"...lol. Let's be clear, a few posters on a free bb are not going to make one jot of difference to share prices of oil and gas companies-especially in this mkt!! As ever all imho and dyor. | dunderheed
26/3/2020 12:04 | Has anyone calculated the value of those hedges? Seems to me about $60m for the year, of which about $30m profit after opex, and they'll be making no money on further production if prices stay this low. Barely seems to scratch the $200mn (now $150m) capex guidance for 2020. | swanvesta
26/3/2020 11:37 | Plus 22 quid per share is just the cash position everything else not priced in and no debt. | tidy 2
26/3/2020 11:27 | Brilliant cash valuation, a very very fortunate position to be in. There should be a decent margin on top of the expected $30/boe this year. Cash | cashandcard
26/3/2020 11:14 | Almost 22 quid ps valuation on this. Currently 7 quid. Gift | tidy 2
26/3/2020 11:12 | Only going one way. Saudi and Russia will do something from here. Ideal opportunity here. | tidy 2
26/3/2020 10:52 | Love the classic decom argument. Hopefully you will get your wish and pick up for 200p soon | tomg23
26/3/2020 10:35 | Tidy2 - well written post, useful summary of hedged positioning which underpins balance sheet in near term, hopefully until oil prices recover a little. | clunes100
26/3/2020 10:21 | Great update, shares are excellent value, imo. | astralvision
26/3/2020 10:18 | Dont take any notice of that blurt RRE is future proof and hedged much higher than todays poo The Company has hedging in place to support its current capital expenditure commitments. RockRose hedged 455,000 barrels of oil hedged at $65.70 per barrel for Q1 2020 and 63 million therms of gas at EUR0.53 per therm (49p/therm) for calendar 2020. Looking further ahead, an additional 54 million therms has been hedged in each of 2021 and 2022 at EUR0.41 and EUR0.45 per therm (38p and 42p) respectively. The Company has previously guided that capital expenditure in 2020 would be c.$200 million, with much of that earmarked for the development of the Shell-operated Arran gas/condensate field. However, other discretionary spending is being reviewed and it is anticipated that at least $50 million of this capital expenditure will be deferred, a drop of 25% and in line with other businesses.Based on the strength of the Company's cash position, the hedging it has in place, and the flexibility of its capital expenditure commitments, the Board of Directors still expects to recommend the payment of a final dividend of 25p per share, bringing the total for 2019 to 85p. | tidy 2 |
