Agree last couple of posts. It's the 'fear of wide boy' syndrome that is hampering progress here. Hooray Henry Andy with 30% of this company can take it private if he ever so desires. That's my fear here anyway. If it was that easy to turn £5million into £200 million in 3 years wouldn't we all be doing it?

I agree if he took it private now and later floated again with more shares investor confidence would be warped. As he said in his interview he wants access to capital. Picked up some more last week happy with the entry lets see what happens

Taking it private given all the cash and assets makes a great deal of sense, the trouble is that PI's will miss out yet again if this happens.

I am hoping that after a decent couple of days, it is just Friday afternoon and a bit of profit taking, as a lot can happen in a weekend at the moment.

Closing price looks like it was manipulated down to me.I wonder if that is because AA is going to make an offer to take it private on Monday?Now that would make a turn up for the books.Idle speculation on my part.

Delighted by the increase. But would caution against getting ahead of ourselves. Trump known to spout nonsense (especially when wanting to mask poor economic data aka 6.6 million newly unemployed). The proposed cut he tweeted (10-15mb/d) - if it were to come from just OPEC+ - accounts for about 50 percent of their total output. No mean feat to organise. Suggestion therefore is that US might get involved in cutting as well, but that has a whole host of problems associated with it (eg big players like Exxon resisting any sort of cut, to name one). It's likely any cuts will be more conservative. This all occurring at a time when there's a potential 20-30 mb/d oversupply going into April and May. Coronovirus still ramping up in parts of Europe and America only just getting going. Even the massive cuts suggested by trump may not be enough to support the price. More volatility to come IMO and might not see oil above 30$ that for long. Happy to be persuaded differently if anyone's got a different view. Stay safe people.

I have been reliably informed by mr nonsense that RRE is unique and the only O&G company in the world to have decommissioning costs. It's a world exclusive. Save yourselves and sell immediately! Buy any other Oiler because they get their decommissioning done by fairy's and elf's for free :))
