so if ROCK don't find decent grades in this deeper drilling program, what next?

the first drilling showed very low grades but did find gold in every hole, tho unlikely to be commercial. the second set drilled to 200m but then the company immediately went out to place shares and get money to drill deeper to 500m and havent yet released those drilling results, so can we read into that that again they found gold but it is deeper than first thought, so this deeper drilling program is the last roll of the dice?

i hope they find gold, i have 2m of these, but be warned that it is very high risk even in a gold bull market and they really must find decent grades to hawk around to banks and larger entities to get mining developed.

I agree maytrees, it's a completely different ball game for gold now. ROCK will need to keep up positive news flow but, if they do get lucky, then it's much more likely now that good news will be reflected in the market cap. Still puny compared to some others.

Not so sure - some world powers are in sabre rattling mood now compared with previously. The disaster of Covid-19 affects everyone; huge state/EU/USAborrowings.

Hard to compare now with before in my view.

its just a bit of profit taking, so less buyer, more sellers, and a new balance will be found. it is bound to be true that some sellers will find a new home for the profit they have made, and why not, it makes sense.

fact is that at 1p this was very cheap, but at 2p it is double the price and therefore half as cheap, but if you believe that they have found commercial gold in abundance then it is still very cheap.

Saw the drop this morning assumed everyone leaping out into other shares on the rise and jumped in at 1.85 hoping for the bounce lol maybe this afternoon

i just bought 5m at 1.65 and it hasn't appeared yet, but its a buy honest.
only another 15m to buy at lower prices.

I hold KEFI and LND, first has trebled and second has doubled over the last few months and just bought in here, 1.5m oz is $3b, this is CHEAP.

maytrees and others, I'm surprised that those with experience start reading in a back story so quickly. This stock moves on very small volume. Profit taking, pump and dump, call it what you like and it will be volatile. The trades are small and the volume is small so not indicative of a news leak imo.

they had a dump on friday, back up higher now, much higher in fact.

both obviously very speculative, but all the noises are right, and the sector and country are definitely right.

i just think that rock now has a mkt cap of £15m same as ECR, both are waiting news, both have doubled, but something like CHF has a mkt cap of just £5m, has raised cash today, is drilling for gold and copper in safe Cyprus, and could treble.

i hold all 3 and several others but while i'm waiting here i see opportunity of a significant further rise at CHF before drilling results come and obviously after if they are good as expected.

great to be in any precious metals companies at the moment, gold up 2% against the dollar today which is staggering.

not sure what it is the hurry for the other 2 stock it seems raise money on both at lower level than this and it seems to me as an opportunity for people that buy in the placing to sell

Nothing has leaked. All waiting on drill results, longer no info will make sellers more nervous and suspicious of bad results.
