Exactly maytrees. With results awaited and drilling underway not the smartest time to exercise and sell. Unless cash required.

Good morning
Shorting as I understand it, usually depends on 'borrowing' anothers shares without their consent and selling them with a view to buying them back at a lower price in the days ahead. The owner often loses out but the shorter often gains.

If I have got that right shorting is not for me.

Waiting and seeing is best for a tiny mining company which is actually drilling, hence my buying and holding.

Good luck all

No it doesn't....you exercise warrants to make money and the current share price represents a 50% gain for them...BOD gets some well needed cash and you lot get diluted and have to deal with an overhang and a minimum 33% loss in the share price Why else would someone short this to a 1p target?

They've got more than 2 years left on the warrants so seems like an odd time to exercise when assays are awaited and a drilling campaign funded and underway.

I'd say someone just needs a bit of cash, nothing more to it than that.

They'll be taking their risk of the table ready to partake in the next death spiral placing.Loan sharks don't take interest, they take warrants

Original placing in Oct 19 at 0.3p with warrants exercisable at 1p. 400% return on shares and 55% on Warrants for those who took part. The Directors do not appear to have taken part in the fundraising.

Exercising warrants could be optimism or time to realise profit.

Usually the opposite... warrants get executed, dilute the issuance and create an overhang. The difference between the execution price and the bid representing their profit.

Good morning

More warrants converted which I assumes means optimism for the warrant holders.

Call it whatever Plat, I don't pump and dump or the other way round. It was just a statement of fact, see what happens to any explorer's share price when trade cash or a partnership happens.

Production isn't what will power the sp, news and the prospect of jv/third party cash will, assuming the right product is there. That will be a long term commitment not hopping about day to day like traders do:)

Might get the outstanding assays from June drilling this week, can't see much happening until then unless the twitterati propaganda kicks off again but there's plenty going on elsewhere to keep them happy.
