I take your point re charts for tiddlers, nevertheless ROCK is fairly liquid so charts probably have some merit.

However, with charts the thing is: everyone can see them (including MMs) -- hence we often see false 'break-ups'/'break-downs', 'throw-over'/'throw-under' etc -- its almost as though the MMs see the punter coming!! ;-(

To me, a chart is just one fragment of an overall picture - never enough on its own.

2mags, we've both been sceptics since the Papua days but we're both still here so I suppose that says something.

Not sure about the chart stuff at this level, forex and big corporations may be but not down here. News and twitter:)

1. caveat: ROCK (in the guise of DP) has tantalised, over-promised and under-delivered so many times (and repeatedly sprung fundraises)that its best,imo, to adopt a 'believe it when I see it' approach.

2. looks to me like there could be be immediate resistance @ 1.20

3. If that is breached convincingly, could possibly get to 1.80

4. after a established break of that, 6p and beyond? who knows!

5. If they find the 'whale', I wouldn't be surprised if that gets hit.

6. But, then again, they might discover a huge deposit of ....sulphides...... and Matilda waltzes out of town.

I'm not much of a chartist 2mags but are we breaking moving averages or something and is there volume to add credibility? What does it tell us, anything meaningful or is it just the recent buys getting attention.
