Well I think I'm one of the ones who voted up loaf's post recently (and from memory when it was showing 3 other votes up). Does anyone else want to own up to put stt's mind at rest?

What people don't understand stt, is how to square (1) your assertion that you're an investor in R1 and (2) the huge amount of time you appear to devote to posting on the company with (3) your apparent unwillingness to try to engage the company in discussion on some of the points that you raise in order to supply some answers on these boards instead of just questions.

The obvious way (but maybe not the only one) to interpret your posting style is that you want to see a fall in the share price for whatever reason. If you came out and stated that you were either short or just posting with a view to driving the share price down, then your posts would make more sense (at least to me). I believe it is the disconnect between what you say your position is (i.e. an investor in R1) and the way you post that causes a lot of the hostility towards you on these boards.

Surf is excellent in the Maldives - you are merely highlighting your ignorance

May I assume your surfing has never advanced beyond doing so whilst sat at your computer terminal with trousers around your ankles in a rather strange smelling bedsit?

Just a thought?

Loaf,
I suppose posting about Quantcast 24/7 is ok...
Now, given the rankings show highest ever US peoples during the slow Q4, will you and others be upgrading your fy profit and revenue forecasts???
So, what you reckon $200m...

Loaf,

talking about leaders and not followers... seizing the opportunities and trying to avoid headwinds...
Do you know why qxl were so successful and their shares went up 10,000% in 4 yrs...
Well, they decided they weren't going to go head to head against Ebay in the saturated markets, UK but market themselves in markets where online auction was up and coming.... they bought Allegro in Poland... The same country where locals earned a few $ per day and were struggling....
What happened when the Eastern Euro countries joined the EU.. thousands migrated, earned thousands of £ and sent it back home to Poland, where their families then bought/sold hundreds of items on Allegro... Ebay were too slow to enter that market...
Many investors saw qxl as failing against Ebay, several of us, who also post on 1R, saw Allegro and the opportunities...
qxl went from a $5m to $1bln before it was sold..
It's been sold again for $3.3bln...

That's seizing the opportunities and being wary of headwinds....

Also Quantcast figures seem to be going up week on week since the perk deal even now so-called large continents have been turned off from receiving our/their product the figures continue to grow even through our quietest quarter of the year, so can only assume that perk is adding extra views and contributing to our growth by looking at the Quantcast figures growing week on week in our quietest period.

Roll-on May

And any genuine holders that have serious concerns about the company don't try sorting it out on a free message board remember it's your hard earned money so contact the company direct with your concerns for reassurance and answers rather than posting them here 24 seven when no one here knows the answers.

And didn't the company have forward thinking by going programmatic early, sacking and reducing their workforce a long with reducing costs across the board to make them the lean clean programmatic advertising machine which now hopefully will reap rewards for long suffering shareholders

re Header Bidding...
You mean the blog that was published 'yesterday' evening, weeks after Rubicon expressed concerns over it and their slow adoption of the tech... lol

The industry is fast moving and companies have to lead not follow...

Rubicon said Header Bidding headwinds concern them and that they were slow to adopt Header Bidding...
Given 1R have NOW blogged about Header Bidding and it wasn't central to their strategy only a few months ago (1gw post), were they slow to adopt Header Bidding, as well...

Loaf,
I think you'll find I and nobody else reported the Perk reviews where they stated that Perk Apps have been withdrawn from the Indian market.

This is a discussion board to discuss opportunities and headwinds - both company and industry... bull and bear points...

1R published a comprehensive document as to their reasoning behind buying Perk, millions of 'Engaged' customers... can you please point me to the comments, during their DD, where they expressed concerns about the Perk users in India and that they would withdraw from the Indian market... they are losing the 'engaged' customers, which was the reason for buying Perk...
