When is the AGM? I have my stock in nominees.

The purchases earlier today were mine. If the PE of 2 suggestion is anywhere near right this could start to move up as the quarterlies start to improve?

Gently optimistic.

The Kitco gremlins are back, or is it a sign of things to come?

Yes, and the shares have a nominal value of 1p each. That probably equates to a third of the issued share capital.

That sort of resolution is fairly standard and does not imply that Rambler actually intends to issue any such shares, it just gives them the authority to do so if necessary.

If they are serious about a share buyback scheme though, that would also require the authority of a resolution at the AGM or at a special EGM. It is disappointing that no such resolution has been proposed.

I received notice of the AGM today.

There are proposals giving the BOD authority to allot new shares for cash but no resolution allowing for a share buyback programme. A resolution to that effect is required if such a programme is to be implemented.

No, Kitco charts are wrong. Futures prices are hardly changed.

Been catching up on the share register and its interesting to see that Tinma have only managed to add 70,300+ shares since their rights issue. Also looking at the shares traded lately, with just about all sells the price has not dropped which suggests orders being filled which supports my theory that there is just not many shares on the open market and anybody wanting to take a large holding is struggling to get them imo. Hi guys,
Been away for a few weeks, being battered by hurricane Sandy in Cuba so just started to catch up on all the latest at Rambler.

Great to see commercial production announced but a bit surprised, as they say " commercial production is defined as the period following commissioning with the mill running at 85% for a period of 60 continuous days" but they had a shutdown in September for 10 days and only restarted on the 21st Sep.

Results look ok, still going through them at the moment. Over all it seems they have taken the last few months to build a strong foundation for the company, ironing out any problems and getting ready for full production which is now upon us, so i look forward to their targets for the year ahead which i believe will be announced at the end of this month.

Found this post on iii by Manic Miner which i thought was interesting.(the last part).

Spoke with Peter Mercer this morning concerning future news announcements, particularly the remaining fiscal 2013 guidance. It appears these numbers will only be published in late November as part of an PR update. Their IR strategy is to time these announcements before a roadshow they are doing in the UK in early December. Their AGM is that week and they will also be presenting at the Proactive Investors event December 6th.

There attending a conference in San Francisco mid-November and Mercer had indicated "other news" would come out around that time. No indication what it was but he did say it was strategic (perhaps an increased stake in MAE or other project?)

Hectorp,

Re post 2121
"PS I'll see what chip says on his thread too. "

Chip recently posted his CY2013 forecast of 18p EPS in post 2093 on this thread

Also a link to some out of date projections of his in the header, made on 8/3/12

Oh FFS not Hectorp interested in RMM. Had enough of ramping SHFT (and such a bad ramp that proved to be) and now deciding to spout incessant rubbish about RMM? Let's face it you know nothing about the company and are having a bit of a gamble again.

Exporting copper concentrate from Newfoundland using the new North West Passage?
Otherwise Newfoundland is very far from China.

Very interesting set of videos. Happy to continue holding here. Added bonus is they're in a politically stable jurisdiction.

Thanks for the link.

Thank you snowydays. Yes, I appreciated that it is a multimetals mining project with up to 5% cu per tonne and reasonable silver and rather a decent average for gold too. I see lots of samples /areas which have 1.7 g/t and of course some areas have up to 5 g/t gold.. rather good.

PS - red shirts and designer ( miner) stubble, but the Scots chap was smart and in a suit.
But after all, most of them are Canadians so that's what to expect! It's not a Torronto front desk.
I can hear the lumberjack song..

PS I'll see what chip says on his thread too.

Hector, you do realise that Rambler is mainly a copper producer? You ask about the gold figures. Rambler has stated that it will update the market with production forecasts "shortly."

Here are some old forecasts for you.

Lol - very funny

They are are rough and tough and will get the job done.
They are not afraid to stand up and be accountable in their bright shirts. They saved money buying a job lot!
They are so well organized that they have made time to promote the company in a professional and easily understood manner. It's Investors in general who they are trying to impress not Peter Lynch specifically

Hectorp

They have switched from the readily available gold production to the copper ore with gold credits. Though they are looking to get back to the gold a soon as the opportunity arises.

The New corporate fact sheet for Oct gives the picture

I'll leave any insight into production going forward to those who have greater understanding.

Peter Lynch wrote that it was a very bad sign when company reports started to contain pages of photographs. I don't think he would have been impressed by Rambler's TV shows. It suggests the management have nothing better to do.

It was disconcerting to see that the directors all wear orange shirts. It looks like an American prison uniform, an impression enhanced by the fact that none of them seems to have used a razor in the last 24 hours.

The TV piece got me interested. Why had I not been in Rambler before now.

Anyone let me know the expected gold per year 2013-14 figures please.

I noted the buy-in of 16% recently by another commercial interest which in turn has given me more confidence as they will have done a lot of technical homework.
