30/12/2020 15:55 | Or that yes, lol. | cureboy
30/12/2020 15:46 | Or people just not at work. | p1nkfish
30/12/2020 15:26 | Positive news flow Tim Sykes alluded to early December being reserved for next month. Get the Christmas, New Year and Brexit noise out of the way first, wise. | cureboy
23/12/2020 13:26 | DBAY volumes may have fallen simply because the price is outside of their buy zone. They seem quite disciplined & wait for price to come to them. | p1nkfish
23/12/2020 12:37 | Have no idea but they can't lose now. Good situation for them and the rest of us left guessing. | p1nkfish
23/12/2020 11:10 | Now that DBAY have backed out of buying Telit for the time being (whilst sat on a healthy profit), I wonder what their plan is here. I don't see them as a medium-long term holder. Their last notification was 7th Dec and I haven't seen any big buys since, should we read anything into this unusual lull? | cureboy
22/12/2020 23:53 | When companies have too many layers of people "corporate speak" proliferates instead of "plain speak". Words to make things sound more complicated than they need be thought up by people with too much time on their hands and needing to justify their roles and place on tge payroll. Some of that is shown below in SAP comments, Part 1, for 2021. I think Proactis is positioning itself well on the supplier side of things mentioned in the article. When Proactis comment on 2021 I hope they use more plain speak than SAP. | p1nkfish
21/12/2020 13:48 | Who can blame them with the clowns we have in charge? I hate us myself. | cureboy
21/12/2020 13:42 | Lol guys, I think more like market forces. The world hates GB at the minute. | lewis winthorpe
21/12/2020 13:23 | DBAY pulling it down a notch so they can load up. It’s been a while but welcome back. | cureboy
21/12/2020 11:50 | MM are fishing today, seeing it all over | coldspring
21/12/2020 11:10 | Share price is holding firm despite the general rout on indices and ongoing uncertainty with Covid and Brexit (Proactis largely immune to Brexit disruption as we already know). Tech stocks somewhat of a safe haven at present. | cureboy
21/12/2020 08:01 | Pullback to 44/45p before another rise to test 51/52p level this week IMO. | cureboy
20/12/2020 09:41 | The share register has been ‘sured up’ by Lombard Odier and DBAY since the FSP closure and the likes of L&G and Artemis long gone with their big holdings, along with FSP speculators, it’s alot more compact now with holders less inclined to sell. Could make for a big and more rapid rise on good news. Lombard are in this for 4/5 x multiple (again - same happened when they were Henderson) which could easily happen if the strategy plays out. DBAY may be on the phone to them at this point, who knows. | cureboy
19/12/2020 17:20 | Goodpick, many small holders already gone. DBAY are a smooth operator and somehow managing to influence. More good news is due. | p1nkfish
19/12/2020 17:17 | I've been lucky. If they manage to sell off something non-core and raise enough to dent the debt sufficiently, a dividend could be on deck (very small) sooner than people think. | p1nkfish
19/12/2020 13:50 | It has already risen by more than 100 per cent from the lows........it will go far higher with news on debt reduction and more contract wins particularly bepayd. It seems as though the go to market strategy is gaining traction. Pink bought loads in the 20's he is as happy as a pig in muck. | coldspring
19/12/2020 10:02 | Had the same a few days ago couldnt get a quote either. With a background of positive news / wins smaller free holding holders unlikely to sell out. Then with the anticipation that DBAY are interested in PHD that puts further upwards pressure on. But until results improve dramatically, or there is a full on bid PHD will remain stuck. | goodpick
18/12/2020 13:26 | Price level shifted upwards as all the low-priced stock has been taken by DBAY and they will probably continue to do so if it falls back. It is also a limit on the volume at this point as anyone buying large has to cough up the higher price (that will run up as the cheap stuff has gone) and to justify such purchases we need news or some "event" that helps predict positive expectations for a large buy now. It will happen. | p1nkfish
18/12/2020 13:21 | I cant get a quote for even 2k worth. Id say it is primed to launch with low resistance but wtfdik | coldspring
18/12/2020 13:17 | They don’t look like strong resistance levels though, as I say pretty clear to 61/62p. Zak Mir had it down for 60p by around Christmas on a recent vid. | cureboy
18/12/2020 13:11 | Could it just be the case that there’s little resistance on the chart once it broke 41/42p and the next resistance level is 51/52p? | cureboy |
