10/11/2020 17:49 | Their history of takeover bids. Eddie Stobart and Telit. They are generally activist investors. | cureboy
10/11/2020 17:39 | RNS re: increased holding - really odd that the price went down to facilitate an increased holding. Bit fishy. Secondly re: Dbay i may have missed something - but what is in the public realm in terms of evidence to confirm that Dbay are a potential "bidder" rather than just a long term investor ?? ! | goodpick
10/11/2020 17:36 | RNS: DBAY have increased again. They are in control here. | cureboy
10/11/2020 16:42 | Some chunky buys printed later on today after the shenanigans. | coldspring
10/11/2020 12:59 | It was telling that there were not many sells, at least not in any volume at 42p. Needs to go much higher before the more knowledgeable and larger holders start to think about it. If the strategy plays out then over £1.50 is achievable. I think it was entirely orchestrated yesterday as there were 40p buys when it was at 36p. | cureboy
10/11/2020 11:37 | Waste of time trying to work out whats going on. If they do as they say its going higher, sometime. | p1nkfish
10/11/2020 11:14 | My guess is there’s hardly any stock available so DBAY tried a pump and dump in the hope of getting more people to sell. I didn’t see many sells so it didn’t work. | cureboy
10/11/2020 10:36 | Not sure what you mean? Low volume 15% rise, someone bought at 32p and sold at 40p. 15% drop. Not a bad days pump and dump.Stock is tightly managed as a result of dbay, but as said before DBay are not in a rush. | lewis winthorpe
10/11/2020 10:28 | Who exited though? The volume has been low? | coldspring
10/11/2020 10:25 | I think the opposite - it's been dragged back down for DBAY to fill their boots IMO. | cureboy
10/11/2020 10:02 | Pumped up to give someone an exit. | lewis winthorpe
10/11/2020 10:00 | The key is the ceiling it has just hit, all it has done is gone back to pre lock down level based upon vaccine news. They have to show debt reduction and cash flow improvement at the interim point. | lewis winthorpe
10/11/2020 09:57 | From 24/08/2020 it looks like a cup and handle to me. Expect move back up above yesterday? | p1nkfish
10/11/2020 09:22 | Beware of tree shakes on the way up and don’t sell cheap. | cureboy
10/11/2020 08:20 | Market forces, plus tipster, plus under valued. The low volume is a concern. | lewis winthorpe
09/11/2020 19:05 | Even more bizarre for me is we’re around 25% up since Thursday despite not many big buys and low volume. | cureboy
09/11/2020 16:27 | Quite bizarre - can hardly sell a sausage but no price decrease | mrshaungcm
09/11/2020 15:25 | Very true Cold. Maybe DBAY can’t hold it down anymore and will be forced to put in a bid, who knows. On ARR alone this should still be a lot higher. | cureboy
09/11/2020 14:41 | We had never seen an investor accumulate 16% whilst dragging the price down either. This is long overdue imho. | coldspring
09/11/2020 13:06 | Never seen a stock surge so much on such low volume. Crazy. Wonder if a bid is imminent and they were just waiting on full year results to come out? Would have to be nearer Finncaps 80p target now you’d feel. | cureboy
09/11/2020 12:33 | sell at 41 - somebody wants a few | mrshaungcm
09/11/2020 12:19 | Thank you Cureboy | carlisle44
09/11/2020 12:04 | 15% up on such low volume? Must be in high demand... | cureboy
09/11/2020 11:59 | Carlisle to answer your question, the full results were positive with record new business levels and FY21 guidance maintained. ARR has returned to growth, which is a key measure for Saas. This before new product BePayd starts to show results, which they've said can effecively double a contract value. So a positive outlook. We also have DBAY continuing to accumulate with monthly notifications so the chances of a buy out are quite high. Finncap have reiterated the 80p target with a 180p target for 2022. Potential to become a big global player if the strategy continues to be executed in the US, Germany and France. | cureboy
09/11/2020 11:16 | look at TCM share price since possibility of DBAY offer was announced. hopefully PHD can go the same way. | mfhmfh |
