DBAY working on behalf of a bidder IMO. There could be other reasons of course but why accumulate whilst trying so evidently hard to keep a lid in the price. No interest in them letting it go.

Cure I think those circling will need an II onside and ready to bid at least 90p. Cannot see Lombard or Dbay selling for anything less?

Soon be £50m ARR including Proactis S.A and growing with record new business levels. Factor in huge SaaS profit margins, you’d have to assume there’s multiple private equity companies circling, ready to pick up a bargain.

It's too easy for DBAY at the moment, we need other institutional investors so that it can begin to climb to a more realistic valuation. Just a theory but were they testing the price on Monday, ie how quickly will it move with persistent buys when other investors come on board? They'd have learned from it, and learned that it will move up pretty quickly. Easily manipulated by them with all their entities.

Yes it’s in an upward trend now with strong support around 33-35p level. Call it the DBAY level.

DBAY will have a lot more trickery left in the tank so hold onto your share until this reaches a fair value. The sharp 15% rise and fall of the last two days was a test.

Threshold was crossed on Friday 6th November according to the RNS and notified today. The moves yesterday and today are still probably DBAY related but not confirmed yet.
