I parked my shares here soon after the collapse in share price when the much mooted takeover did not materialise much earlier in the year.

I note the ticks ups but is there any reason to get excited again?

Happening the week of ReThink 2020 too.

See a snippet of "The Business Network" in action. It should be worth a fair amount.

Out of hours you get to see Australian and US activity, NZ, Asia, currently European at this time of day. This is why Hamp Walls words ring loud in my ears!!

Seems to be moving up rapidly on such low volume which is odd.

If the interested parties are still around perhaps there’ll never be a better time to make a bid. Sooner or later it’s even in DBAYs interest to let this run.

Do some basic CAGR calculations on this for various returns and it's well worth having some money parked here over the next 3-5 yrs at, and around, this price.

Do that then look at the probability of those returns and it becomes even more compelling if you are able to buy and forget for a while.

Agree with you both cure and Peter but Pinks oft repeated phrase here is they messed up repeatedly and must therefore be banished in the untrustworthy pile for a significant period. 2 to 3 years I recall so if it rises now we are ahead of the game. GLA

Vox markets touched on it, should be a lot higher based on SaaS multiples. Sentiment has been against them for a long time. Once that changes and I believe it may be changing, then should rise rapidly. May see bids soon imo.

Let’s hope this now starts to take off and new contracts, the SaaS starts to spread and be acknowledged? This deserves and needs to be at at 55-75p to get noticed and take off.

Stock is more tightly held now than before FSP last year that’s the difference. Share register is smaller and Lombard sat at 29% and DBAY 16% and still going. That’s good, don’t anticipate many sellers. Last year we had Artemis & Legal and General selling which didn’t help. Once it starts to move up like today it could go quickly.

Proactis SA results after market close on 30/11.

News due on NEDs before AGM and closure or sale of a non-core element in near term.

AGM also offers vote on BoD and possible changes.

Not long before next set of interims too and possible TU before.

All are potential reasons for positive sentiment change.

Be wary of tip sheets. Short term spikes are usually driven by someone trying to sell

Bidders may have been waiting for full year results as proof before putting their offers together. Today’s move could signal developments there. Today’s jump is swift and unusual.

More consolidation is due to take the 5 down to 4 to increase scale and a crunch time is coming.

Even though some of us expect change we are likely to be surprised when it happens and others that have been watching and waiting will be left on the sidelines wondering what happened and why they missed it. It can happen that quickly now. Price will just shift to the bid for the company in no time at all. Blink and miss it.

However, a slow recovery might just be it. Position and wait.
