Question marks over how aligned are the goals of Lombard Odier sat at 29% and DBAY at 16% and accumulating. Both in it to make money of course, DBAY with the history of hostiles. Interesting to see how that one plays out.

Yes if there’s renewed buying interest from one or two institutions then things could start to move up pretty quickly towards early 50s again.

Small tick ups on low volume are welcome, feels like the tide could be turning at last.

Might be too much overlap. Same reason Amazon don't buy companies with lots of warehouses.

Wonder why the PE firm behind Jaggaer don’t try to buy Proactis? Would be a good acquisition at this stage and create an even bigger global powerhouse to rival Coupa.

If that’s Tim Sykes’ gaff in the Vox markets video, you’d have to say he appears to have good taste when it comes to interior design. Looks like a classy joint he has there.

It's good to see they're doing more to get the name out there to institutional investors once again. Hopefully more to come, followed by some major investment. May be key in preventing a cheap DBAY deal.

Last time Paul Hill touted PHD, it ran up, after some weakness from about 30p to 180p over time. This time could be much, much quicker.

£10'sM revenue expected from bePayd in 2 years - that not profit but very useful.

Thanks p1nk, good video. Interesting comments on valuation multiples. New institutional investment is needed to challenge DBAY who are having it all their own way. Once that happens things could start to move quickly north once we start getting evidence of the strategy being executed in the US, Germany and France.

Target 150p with some pressure.

It does sound like I expected but just hasn't come out yet.

Worth a watch- released AM today.
LISTEN CAREFULLY AT VALUATION.

12-18 months for cashflow posI and debt reductuon.
EXCELLENT INTERVIEW.
Normalised ratios expected.

Let's hope it puts a bit of a rocket under the price - pardon the pun on 5/11. My cheesy attempt.

The interest from private equity which triggered the FSP last year was plentiful according to Tim Sykes. If DBAY went in too low those same companies would be back and we’d have a bidding war situation. DBAY would want to avoid that.

Can't see DBAY offering more than 55p. Why would they? If needs be they could just leave as is and watch it wither on the vine until people see that as an attractive number.
