30/11/2020 09:00 | Kingfisher have been very useful to Proactis (Screwfix, B&Q) over many years and I would expect this new contract to be similar - upsells possible etc and potentially long life, reliable and repeat custom. Much more to go for in Germany once a few are well proven. It is very good news. Very good. Might cover for Proactis SA going further backwards and if it is cover there could be a bit more news due to bury the results. Proactis SA is tomorrow morning. | p1nkfish
30/11/2020 08:23 | Probably too small. Its strategy confirmation. Many new contracts, with £48M revenue in the bag already, are too small to need announcing but in aggregate add up. No bad thing as many small are less risky than a few big. Perfect Commerce might have proven that. | p1nkfish
30/11/2020 07:43 | Shouldn't there have been a monetary value attached?Apologies if I've missed something,read quickly on my phone. | susiebe
30/11/2020 07:41 | Commentary here too hxxps://www.linkedin | brummy_git
30/11/2020 07:32 | Good news, it's probably one of these. Obi (Tengelmann) Bauhaus Hagebau Hornbach (Kingfisher used to have a stake years ago & also use Proactis) | p1nkfish
30/11/2020 07:21 | RNS: Strategic contract win in Germany Great news. | cureboy
27/11/2020 15:41 | I don't think DBAY want the share price to rise and are keeping it in check as they accumulate. If it rises by a few pence they will come in and sell off in blocks to keep the price down. I still think they are accumulating for a bid as it has all the hallmarks. I don't believe they've bought in to hold, doesn't fit their profile. | cureboy
27/11/2020 12:10 | Are DBAY losing their iron like grip on the SP? we have had more upwards movement in last 2 to 3 weeks than in the previous 6-9 months | coldspring
26/11/2020 20:00 | 40p paid late for £12k | mrshaungcm
26/11/2020 19:16 | I like how the managing director of the UK and US operations has made two buys recently totalling 70,000 shares. It’s small fry but it’s out of his own pocket and maybe abit more evidence that things are going well. Of course, DBAY have bought up 16% of the company since March and Lombard Odier around 20% more was it? Should be enough evidence there for anyone. | cureboy
26/11/2020 19:07 | Checked in here at lunch and there was 3000 traded, game of two halves today. Go on PHD, up you go dolly. Another RNS soon? | coldspring
26/11/2020 19:03 | If you were a chartist you would have to say it looks good for a rise, we’re above all major moving averages etc. Zak Mir recently included it on his blog and said 60p by Christmas. Not sure how much we can read into the chart here though. BePayd and NED news surely coming soon. | cureboy
26/11/2020 18:17 | Trying to climb, slowly. A nudge of news would help. | p1nkfish
25/11/2020 12:47 | DBAY again no doubt. Putting their money where their mouth is this time at 38.6p. Good sign. | cureboy
25/11/2020 12:29 | More significant transfers today bang on the mid. | coldspring
22/11/2020 22:07 | Page 122 of latest annual results. Below should be organic whereas the 3 year CAGR was 25% to 2020 including positive impact of acquisitions. At least the 9.6% should not result in re-organisation costs etc coming off the bottom line and is on a £49M base and allows for various scenarios. I think it should be a case of under promise and over deliver so CAGR of >10%+. "Budgeted overall revenue growth rate (average of next four years) 9.79%." | p1nkfish
20/11/2020 09:46 | DBAY are in control of the share price and can apply the brakes whenever they see fit. They must be wanting to accumulate a bigger % of the company whilst it’s cheap. | cureboy
20/11/2020 09:11 | I received the 2020 Annual report yesterday, via emailHave other holders received it.I thought it would be released via RNS? | susiebe
20/11/2020 09:01 | About time it moved. | p1nkfish
20/11/2020 08:36 | hard to buy this am | mrshaungcm
20/11/2020 08:24 | Proactis SA result due in about 11 days, wonder if PHD is holding back news to cover a further fall-back in SA revenue numbers. Bury not so good news with something more positive? | p1nkfish
20/11/2020 08:24 | DBAY unlikely working with bidder on Tellit. A great set-up for Telit holders now. Lantronix, uBlox, Dbay. I wouldn't take Lantronix stock, a decent cash element is needed. | p1nkfish
20/11/2020 07:54 | Only last week DBAY increased from 11% to 15% in Telit. Working with the bidder no doubt. They have a similar sized holding here and could be accumulating on behalf of the bidder. They are probably aware of impending bids. | cureboy
20/11/2020 07:11 | Initial possible bid at TCM for 250p, although not from DBAY - may shine further light on the hidden value of PHD and interest of DBAY. imo. | weatherman
19/11/2020 23:56 | Because he put his money where his mouth is | whatthe |
