Big but not yet printed? Seems very odd we jumped a penny with no corresponding trade ?

Joking aside, even Tim Sykes had a wry smile when I asked him about DBAY's intentions on the full year results webinar.

Lombard can be trusted more than other significant shareholders whose name will go unmentioned, having rode this from 30p to 180p in previous years. They see the value.

RNS: Lombard Odier have increased their holding by around 0.2% to 29.11%. Arguably the biggest vote of confidence as the largest holder, has to be a good sign as they'll be close to the board.

Interesting goings on over at Telit today with u-box pulling out of a potential deal. Opens the door for DBAY.

4 x trades of 104,918k on the bid price. Are DBAY resuming their accumulation or are they actual sells? Usually they operate in round numbers.

News and institutional investment (not DBAY) is needed to get us moving up towards 60p. DBAYS tactic is to bore everyone to death. Now’s not the time to be selling if you can help it.

Some people might have bought on the expectation of the run up to 60p someone predicted to happen by Christmas. Some now selling down to move out whilst DBAY get chance to mop-up any mess.

Proactis Total Procure PVT was a subsidiary to Proactis Developing Markets Ltd and was listed in 2018, 2019 accounts but now gone. Only Proactis Developing Markets now left but in the process of liquidation.

Thus might be the element being sold with low revenue and certainly sounds non-core when the aim is driving sales in US, France & Germany.

One element held for liquidation is "PHD Developing Markets Limited".

What part of the business generates about 416K? Anyone have any idea what element they are looking to dispose of? Its in Business Spend Management and not Tendering?

The disposal potential relates to £416K of revenue, see note 22 for the "Total liabilities classified as held for sale" being £10.429M.

They are seriously looking at becoming more focused and leaner.

What £ will they get for the disposal and what benefit to the cost base? I have no idea.

If there is an upside potential to the disposal throwing it at the debt can only help make it easier to carry and possibly bring forward re-instatement of a dividend. Improved ratios etc.

All conjecture, dyor.

Annual Report & Accounts, probably already posted but interesting.

"Adjusted revenues were £49.2m after removing revenue relating to a non-core part of the business classified as held for sale at the year end. Refer to Note 22 for further detail."

Note 22.

"At 31 July 2020, the Group was actively progressing the sale of a non-core element of the Group’s Business Spend
Management business. The Group expects the sale to be completed within 12 months of the year end."

Probability of that news landing increases every day, 5 months of the 12 now gone.

Lot of companies went into total shutdown until 4th Jan, except any necessary skeleton staff. New tiers won't help much either.

DBAY are waiting for the price to come to them which it will slowly without a reason for others to buy.
