03/12/2020 18:26 | Another tr2 needed if that was dbay? Great news as you say cure. Bring on the re rate | coldspring
03/12/2020 17:45 | That is very good news. 400k bought at 42p, | cureboy
03/12/2020 17:44 | Installation/impleme | p1nkfish
03/12/2020 17:24 | IOG, Proactis P2P etc. News Dec 3rd 2020. | p1nkfish
03/12/2020 17:24 | Nice buy at the death. DBAY paying 42p. | cureboy
03/12/2020 16:22 | Who said I'm not in a boardroom? | p1nkfish
03/12/2020 14:18 | I'm coming around to the thought that Potts retiring plus 2 new NEDs with industry footprint is needed. New blood, shake it up a little. There is money that will head here if it believes the BoD is better geared to the future. | p1nkfish
03/12/2020 08:08 | Well outside of Rodney Potts being voted out I think the others are fairly secure at future AGMs, for now. Will there be news around AGM time & and what about the next NED? If Potts goes they will need 2 new NEDs. Potts was 76 last month, bless him but if this wants to get out of a rut it needs some fresh blood. | p1nkfish
02/12/2020 17:09 | What does a serious offer look like to the BoD at Proactis? £100 million? £200million? | cureboy
02/12/2020 12:21 | I consider that at last it is looking decent value. Finn are projecting decent growth next year so in less than a year at this price would be on 10 times then current year EPS. If they have got their act together that multiple is too low. Interestingly, my son in law’s company had a low ball offer last year, but the buyer has now come back with a more serious offer. I would not be surprised if this were to happen to phd. | sidam
02/12/2020 11:00 | New investment is needed here with another ii on board. Without it we're stuck in a loop of good news going unrecognised and/or DBAY holding the share price down on any rise for their own accumulation. | cureboy
02/12/2020 08:51 | You miss my point. They must have female representation on the board. Tokenism or not. So it has to come at some stage. There are some great women in this sector, I've worked with some very good ones. The guys track record speaks volumes. Hope it turns this co into a contender again.I'm all for it. | lewis winthorpe
02/12/2020 08:19 | Depends on involvement. Hope its not a token appointment.Let's see how it unfolds. A female appointment of merit would be better. | lewis winthorpe
02/12/2020 07:56 | Part of the board that turned GB Group from a £5m mcap to £1.5billion and held a senior marketing position at Microsoft. Sounds like a decent appointment. | cureboy
02/12/2020 07:43 | He might even buy some shares! | p1nkfish
02/12/2020 07:42 | Very useful NED appointment. Just what this needs and another one will help the balance of Dirs. | p1nkfish
01/12/2020 11:12 | What chances a merger with a cash rich organisation to create a real global powerhouse? | cureboy
30/11/2020 22:02 | Sure, the 7 x Ebitda figure would account for debt hence the low multiple. Minimum acceptable bid £1.10-£1.15 and it’s still cheap. Could easily double revenue in 3 years if the US, Germany and France play out in the same way as UK and Netherlands. They have a big opportunity. | cureboy
30/11/2020 20:55 | Good estimates, but need to subtract the debt of ~£36m. | weatherman
30/11/2020 17:44 | Proactis SA Ebitda £2.7m. Add to Proactis Ebitda that’s a £17.8m total Ebitda. A low valuation would be 7x so £113m - £1.15 per share. Medium valuation 10x £1.80 per share. High 14 x = £2.60. Rough math, before BePayd. | cureboy
30/11/2020 15:46 | Private equity companies will be all over them looking for a bargain whilst they remain undervalued at this level, lets hope they can flip 'em off. I include DBAY in that statement. | cureboy
30/11/2020 09:03 | Also, beneath a certain size of contract, Proactis can play. The big boys not so interested but very useful market size available overall so every chance to make money and all helps cover the Proactis cost base. | p1nkfish |
