There were two biggish sells yesterday 110k and 100k relative to daily volume and this pushed it back down. Depends if the seller is out. Anyone got level 2?

Feels like it but my experience has been the longer at resistance the bigger the chance of a fall back.

Ideally need to push through at volume and that might only happen on news release.

Pink, i was sure they said US private equity at the time. However, other parties did come in later so you could be right. If DBay add further it will signal interest imho

Anyone think the US interested party (parties?) has gone away? Private equity firms will be watching this like a hawk. This will follow the same path as Jaggaer.

No I’m betting it was mates rates given to ii’s again which we have seen in abundance lately. Almost guaranteed buys, all will be revealed when we get the next TR1 RNS.

Yes. Today's trade interesting as 100K and 110K that look like real sales. Pi's exiting at top of channel? It hasn't fallen back much though.

Yes P1nk but as soon as it hit 60/61p the pi’s were out like a shot. Didn’t stay there long!

It was in 40-60 for about 8 months.

Nothing says it cant be in 30-40 for many months now too and just hitting top of range now ready to relax back down into the smart money buy zone. One day breaking out to the upside, no one knows when precisely.

They’re getting themselves into a position that, combined with organic growth, could propel them to a level higher than in 2017. I still think someone (competitior or private equity) will come along and snap them up though.

Its one think to be positive about prospects and quite another to put short-term timescales on large upward price moves in the hope of getting others to buy because of FOMO.

Can't be doing with it.

It will all happen in its own good time.

Peter you’ve posted pretty much the same thing on Staffline “buy now while under 30p” except you should know that Staffline (and the recruitment sector in general) is a dog. You stand a lot more chance making money on Proactis, you can bank that statement.
