We need this to get to 50p by the end of June if not I see another FSP or a steal by two II and a takeover on the cheap at 75p. Henry Spain and Dbay could get over 29% easily upto 45p and then bid at 75p and take the rest??

People may have missed it as it was hidden in the detail but the state of Connecticut now use Proactis for its procurement needs, this in addition to the state of Missouri - so potential for massive gains in the US as the go to market proposition starts seeing results.

I thought the update reasonably positive. Still winning new business in very difficult times. Therefore surprised that there was no change in FinnCap estimates or cash generation.

Anyone ‘on the fence’ should note that HSBC agreed to reset the banking facilities, something which, in this economic climate, is a HUGE vote of confidence. Hold and you’ll be rewarded.

Of course only hospitality, aviation and retail will be impacted by the economic fallout from Covid

Covid bloodbath? This isn’t hospitality, aviation or retail. The affect will be minimal and mitigated by reduced expenses.

They put the release out, achieved nothing and now have nothing to say during the Covid bloodbath that's about to come. Crazy

Hmm so share price back to last nights close.

I thought it a strange little RNS with just 2 months of current year to go.

More importantly it means the go to market proposition is showing results. There’ll be more to come.

Let's see how significant this news is when we see a full year picture and when we can put it in the context of a BPAYD supplier revenue update

Lmfao it's a milestone, a significant one. Shame on these bitter employees, the rotten eggs within.

You have to ask yourself why did they bother to release that statement this morning 2 months ahead of year end? To prepare you for how exciting numbers will be or to prepare you for more non news on BPAYD and falling revenues on the supplier side.

News on debt will help.
Bepayd news will help.
News on revenue now in the price.
Need to get >39.8p ideally on some volume.

Not likely in this market unless at a bargain price.

No alternative to going solo and making it big under own steam.

Positive news could bring back bidders who’ve had access to the data room.

My main concern is near term uptake of bepayd as twice it has been mentioned. Probably not rapid at all.

Depending on the peripherals in question it might also help reduce costs. Potential only though.

It was mentioned. Divestment of non-core assets.
As soon as debt reaches some level vs income the dividend is highly likely to be re-instated.

Just reading between the lines, I think something was subtley mentioned in a recent update about divestment.Feels like a natural next step after a period of acquisition.

Lewis, have they said or implied they intend to sell off non core to reduce debt ?
