Just added at 36.5p for 88,889 shares at a bargain price and watch this double in the next 2 months. There is definitely some interest from 3% and above parties to take this higher and make it work, solid base to bounce on from now.!!

Looking at share price since low, I think this period is a good sign.
Solid base forming, price rise taking a breather to consolidate.

Let's hope we are finally getting to a position with investors that consistent and repeated failure by the Management team is not tolerated. Replace the incompetent Management Team and get this business back to where is should have been years ago

If you want to know where the name Romulak originates here you go. Let's hope this is the beginning of another good period in Proactis historyThe fall of Rome marks the beginning of the Middles Ages. In 476 A.D emperor, Romulak Augustulua is deposed by the barbarian general Odsacer. This event marks the end of one period, and the beggining of another.

By next AGM Pink I think PHD and BePayd will have missed the boat and this will languish at around76p. Hopefully those on plus 3% like DBay can start to rock the boat and put a rocket up tbeBoD for missing this greatest opportunity, which is NOW or never!!!!!!

DBAY crossed the threshold on 22/5 and most of the volume that day was over 36p. It's all a good sign and setting a decent floor.

No way to know for sure but chances are price will move.
They need about another 755K before having to announce again.

If they do want to get more, and unwilling to pay much more, it could take a while or they get frustrated and cough up and pay.

Either way weak holders are moving out and a stronger pair of hands taking the stock.

I don't think there will be a bid but rather an increase of activism at the next AGM.

So all the 35p ‘sells’ were Romulak topping up at mates rates.

Also, if taken over by another company for shares it needs to be held of 2 yrs if AIM else not exempt and can't be certain types of companies (property etc).

£2.10 would make it possible allowing for tax etc imho.

On sale for cash one old BoD member gets hit with CGT and then IHT on death. Doh!

Alternatively he could get a divi when it starts paying again, pass holding on intact outside of estate and keep an income from BoD meetings & expenses etc.
There are other advantages too.

£2.10.

Lou, looks like PHD is Inheritance Tax Exempt.
Some people manage their estate carefully towards end of life.
Cash is NOT exempt, lots of AIM is.
There's much more going on than meets the eye.

£2.10.

Don't think an offer will be dismissed towards the low end, just an opinion though.I'm in long term regardless. Interesting to see how it plays out

£2.10p.
Lack of ambition on this PBB.

As if you really don't want to be wealthy and prefer to give wealth to the Austrians, defeatists.

PHD and Tim Sykes, only have themselves to blame and I am phase to give up my 1% at 90-95p.
Then move on!

Just needs a leader who understands this value prop, understands software, is interested in talking to the customers/partners/employees, and who doesn’t spend his days dreaming up schemes to knife his fellow directors in the back.... and there’s a chance this company will fly.
