30/5/2020 15:21 | My take is that DBAY and others are in to accumulate on behalf of bidders and a hostile takeover will prevail. DBAY aren’t here for the long haul. Could still see a bidding war. The interested parties are still there in the shadows. | cureboy
30/5/2020 11:14 | Question, how many have a handle on the benefit of going from 150 buy-side on the TBN towards 1000? That is an upside for multiple reasons and can be made to occur as the company has considerable control over progress/process. bePayd will be fine but has more dependencies before upside shows and some dependencies are outside the control of the company. | p1nkfish
30/5/2020 11:03 | Back on filter for a while. | p1nkfish
30/5/2020 09:50 | Lewis, I am happy to hold for 6-12 months for them to make BePayd successful and turnover double. If they can get debt down, bring in a 1.5p dividend twice per year, plus get share price to a steady 65-75p, I would hold for 2-3 years. If they cannot do this in this time of small and medium size companies and small outlets and shops, then they will never have a better time as these companies want revenue and resources!! | 97peter
30/5/2020 09:46 | Pink I did think with data room and 3 interested parties that you or Tim would have come out the other end with a result, even at the offerings of 86 and 95p. The FSP just shows how poor current BoD is!, | 97peter
29/5/2020 21:46 | Bepayd wasn't market ready 4 years ago, being an employee you should know this. Take a look at the bepayd site for more info. Put your energy into making your employer successful. A novel change perhaps. | lewis winthorpe
29/5/2020 21:44 | Thanks Tim. Useful insights as always. Not long now until somebody takes this out of your hands and we can really move on | whatthe
29/5/2020 21:44 | Petulant child Pink or Tim. If PHD cannot sort an FSP in 6 months, sack them all! If you as Chair and strategist for PHD cannot sell your SaaS and BePayd. And make a profit on Perfect then go and sell the company for 120p.!!!!!!! | 97peter
29/5/2020 21:44 | Just realised, Peter is rumbejo or what that client was called sometime ago.Bipolar spread betting us for mugs. | lewis winthorpe
29/5/2020 21:31 | 97p on ignore, you have no idea. How many times did you say the FSP would result in an offer by some date? Wrong every single time. Wrong now too. | p1nkfish
29/5/2020 21:30 | If unhappy, please sell. Some with deep pockets will buy. Investors are needed, not spivs. | p1nkfish
29/5/2020 21:27 | Agree totally Whatstthe; This BoD and Tim and Sales and Marketing Director, if they cannot sell coal to Newcastle or snow to the Eskimo’s when what company’s want is BePayd and SaaS then if they cannot sell now, they never will!! Take offf now, or be naught out and move on, if they accept a bid of 12p, then MM’s and PI’swill sell and boot Tim into touch and make PHD work!!! Pink,if you are Tim accept it and let’s move on!! You have a good product and client base sell and expand, or sit and die!, | 97peter
29/5/2020 21:22 | Bepayd will do very well, cause a great deal of upset to others. Just won't contribute as early as some expect. Just add time. Give it 2-5 years. If you talk to some with deep pockets and not know nothing know alls on PBBs (like me, before anyone says it) you will know the thinking behind the recent purchases at volume. It's not to makes quick buck. If it takes 2-5 years to go x6 from 35p (£2.10) that's OK. It's called investing. | p1nkfish
29/5/2020 21:16 | Read what they wrote and understand. Expectation management. | p1nkfish
29/5/2020 21:02 | Bepayd hasn't worked in the last 4 years and won't work now. You'll notice the mood music from posters on here (e.g Tim) is gently preparing people for yet more non news in the next financial statement. Judge this for what it is a procurement systems company with the weakest sales organisation and senior management in the industry. Somebody will be buy this on the cheap, we can all make some money, they'll make changes the present board don't have the guts to do and it will start to fly | whatthe
29/5/2020 19:56 | Pink why not or Tim why not? BePayd in the current pandemic and 6 months after, I.e. the next 6-12 months is the target/focus time to ‘strike while the iron is hot’ timr!!! Now or never as competitors will either buyout PHD as Google and MS and Amazon do! Or competitors will have similar engineered SaaS products. Then Proactis will have no USP!!! If you have a product that business wants at the right price and it works then it should be a hit anytime? End of sermon, let’s see what 3-6 months brings? | 97peter
29/5/2020 19:09 | bePayd not likely to deliver much for a while, they have said so twice. It will, but not for a while. | p1nkfish
29/5/2020 18:48 | Agree Cure, we need some II and MM investors and a bi-monthly RNS on Trade and sales of BePayd and other SaaS services sold and turnover every 2 months. Or we need a big investor to make an offer somewhere around the 140p mark just to make the markets sit up! If it drops to 38p, I will pick up another 90,000 shares and then that’s me tapped out and averaged at 36p to date average, so will then sit and wait. GLA. | 97peter

29/5/2020 15:32 | Friday fun about to commence | lewis winthorpe
29/5/2020 14:55 | 45-47p, yes, just don't know when. | p1nkfish
29/5/2020 13:23 | It's ticking above 40p and keeping ground, very difficult to buy above 20,000 at anything less than 39.6p. Held tightly and mainly PI's selling, but big boys waiting for it to drop to 38p to stock up again, before the next big push above 45p. Maybe next week Pink and others we will see 45-47p? Have a great weekend all and patience lewis and grip and we will hit above the 120p mark soon. | 97peter
29/5/2020 12:19 | My post late last night perhaps sounded negative. It wasnt meant that way, I am hoping pink is right with his 210p estimate. My average is around where we are now, I am confident and patient so its not really in my thoughts. I do wish I had peters deep pockets though.....GLA | coldspring |
