I doubt it's a coincidence and if a company gets a sniff of a big seller (GVQ) then a temptation to hold back on good news if not needed to release and also hold fire in case of further share price weakness.

There are few coincidences, mostly causs and effect.

This was a discretionary news release.

Interesting this update was done the day after the 35p seller was declared out. Coincidence? I expect another TR1 soon to tell us who bought them. There’s someone snapping up stock at 50k a time this morning. It’s all positive.

Over 40p today, this will rocket when they sell off the non core from perfect and debt is down to where it needs to be.

I do agree with this but all businesses have been affected by the pandemic and the storm is being weathered better than most.

We’re all wishful thinking that’s why we’re here, however informed we think we are. I’ve yet to see any pros post on this board. IMO it’s a buyer at 35p which is backed up by Kirk seeing the buy order at 35p in auction last week. I’m basing it on that and the fact the share price isn’t moving below 36p despite all the ‘sells’.

I’d say there’s a large buyer who doesn’t want to pay much more than 35p. Maybe an ii who’s bought GVQ. It should start moving again soon.

Question, are we here because another seller won't release stock except at 35p+ and we await buyers or because some buyer won't pay more than 35p?

If the 4% are with strong holders it's not so bad else expect headwinds as smaller holders sell on the way up.

FSP end announced 4/3.
Since then 5 Holdings announced & 2x 8.3's.

LO bought 3x to +18.5% approx.
DVB bought x1 to +6.2% approx.
GVQ sold x1 to -5.8%.
Chelverton -1% approx via 8.3.
Artemis -13.7% approx via 8.3.

About 4% gone to <3% holders or yet to be announced for some of it.
About 4M shares.

GVQ had 6.3% so rest (6.3 - 5.8) may be held for another nominee and now no need to notify as under 1% left-over.

5.5M shares sold. No indication over what period just that threshold reached 20th May.

Well if they sold 6% it must’ve been very gradual with no immediately obvious adverse affect on the sp, though it’s no doubt been holding it back.
