21/5/2020 11:53 | Might not have sold now I look again at it. It says an event changing voting rights? | coldspring
21/5/2020 11:52 | RNS JP Morgan have sold down completely to zero. | coldspring
21/5/2020 08:28 | Two trades listed as sells yesterday at 16:12pm, 75k and 89k...no impact on share price ..buys IMO. | cureboy
21/5/2020 08:11 | There are no immediate dividend plans. | p1nkfish
21/5/2020 08:08 | Explain? SPM's shouldn't be used for dividend payments anyway. | lewis winthorpe
21/5/2020 07:42 | See cancellation of share premium account in Feb, this has an impact on proposing dividends. | cureboy
21/5/2020 00:07 | I think you are right Lewia. Until the debt ratios are acceptable there's no dividend and that only happens through profitable growth, paying down debt, or both. | p1nkfish
20/5/2020 23:48 | Divestment of redundant assets will be next imho. Getting the debt down is the next stabiliser.Dividend is a year or two away. | lewis winthorpe
20/5/2020 23:18 | 97p, where does your news come from? | p1nkfish
20/5/2020 22:55 | I read sometime ago that the Perfect acquisition gave them instant access to tier 1 suppliers. Combine that with BePayd and surely they’re onto a winner? | cureboy
20/5/2020 22:22 | Cure and Pink, the news in the US is starting to creep through and Perfect and BePayd seem to be receiving good feedback and uptake from new and current customer base. Just need the TU and figures from US and rest of EU , plus a dividend re-instatement in October? | 97peter
20/5/2020 19:17 | Will see. I’m waiting for bePayd commercialisation and the Perfect acquisition to start proving it’s worth. It’s about time Perfect delivered. If they decide to reinstate the dividend watch it take off aswell. The company is stronger than it was when it was £1.50 a share. More buys at 35p today IMO. | cureboy
20/5/2020 16:09 | You'll miss the run. | p1nkfish
20/5/2020 14:16 | I’ll sell when it’s £1.10 - you have my word! | cureboy
20/5/2020 11:19 | If bored or unhappy please sell so the rest of us can move forward. | p1nkfish
20/5/2020 11:18 | There is a case for making another acquisition in Europe. Would need to be strategic but a defensive move vs rumours of developments in the EU. With some luck not needed. | p1nkfish
20/5/2020 11:02 | Bored yet? | p1nkfish

19/5/2020 14:03 | Cureboy If a broker has a major buyer or seller of shares, the broker will often bid or offer the line around institutions or known buyers or sellers. If a match is found they can cross in the spread but if they can only do it outside the touch they must obtain a market makers permission. I hope those are still the rules, they certainly were historically. | sidam
19/5/2020 13:32 | Sidam, thanks, I get it but what I don’t get is how buys are allowed at 35p whilst the share price is at 36p. Seems like there is manipulation going on. | cureboy
19/5/2020 12:54 | Buy/Sell indication is often automatic and simple, which side of the mid-point of bid/ask spread. We may be here a while if it takes a long time to fill demand at 35p approx. Weeks or months not impossible as they wait for boredom to set in and sales to happen. | p1nkfish
19/5/2020 12:33 | I use my Interactive Investor SIPP account for all my share investment and they know they are buys and they should be reporting as buys, as I am buying and not selling?? I know across the board it depends how close they are to the ask and bid price, but some MM’s shenanigans happens! Yes Cure, trying to build up a steady hold of around 800,000 shares hopefully before end of May, especially if they stay at 35 and 34p. My average is at 32.9p now, but won’t drop below that unless we see a drop to 31p by end of week, I think MM’s are trying to suppress and shake the tree of sellers at the minute for a few above 3% holders? | 97peter
19/5/2020 12:09 | Cure boy Transactions are reported to the exchange as trades. They are not stated as buys or sells. But information providers may guess/show the trades as buys and sells depending on the transaction price compared with the quote. They can get in wrong but it is not illegal. A market maker may hold the price for technical reasons, but it is dangerous as it can cause an imbalance of trades and could lead to either a bear or bull squeeze. So do not always think of conspiracy. | sidam
19/5/2020 11:40 | Thanks Peter, it’s pretty obvious here that the price is being held down for a big buyer. I suspect most of the 35p trades have been buys. My question would be how is it legal? How can you make informed decisions when buys report as sells? 600,000 shares bloody hell you got a house on it. | cureboy
19/5/2020 11:28 | Foreign travel could be eased up but chances are an insurance addition will be needed as unless booked before the virus hit cover is being curtailed. Notice the piddling volumes. I think a volume spike is more likely to be to the price upside than downside, driven by news. However, I am often wrong. Eerily low volume and quiet. | p1nkfish |
