12/5/2020 22:21 | Yep 500,000 shares showed their hand at close so that's a good days volume justo to get filled. Huge upside here and we could well see last years highs get obliterated shortly | kirk 6

12/5/2020 14:36 | Some resistance on the way up but there is good reason for a re-rating and Lombard WON'T SELL CHEAP. Forget £1.10, that's small thinking. Bepayd being rolled out at cost only currently, zero profit, but I believe that means UK Gov is on side and costs covered. Excellent idea. What's not always understood is how much of public sector use Proactis even to the Dept for Inernational Development. Proactis are embedded. | p1nkfish
12/5/2020 14:32 | I only found the whitepaper recently but the Network effect for bepayd inside PHD had already struck me but no one was talking about it. See link below. Bepayd is small, PHD is small. They have a potentially explosive network effect at their finger tips - hence "significant". They bought the Network with Perfect and it has been under utilised. I believe that is about to change as they move towards another 850 buying orgs on the TBN whilst costs probably won't rise massively but efficiencies and cross sell increase. Perfect only had 150 buying orgs on the TBN. More on TBN means more want to join as buyers and suppliers. Add bepayd and supplier product revenue sources = £££. Even allowing for the debt it's still very attractive to me with good upside. To be bought it should command £2.10 as strategy begins to deliver. From link below via Lombard - "Finally, networks are intermediaries that connect a wide group of clients. The connection increases the value of the entire group because the standards applied in the network foster interoperability and advantages of greater scale. Within payments, credit card network providers are a clear example. Such activities can be classified according to the scale of their operations and the potential multiples that could apply. Large networks attact more customers. Thus, each new customer is worth much more to the network than the previous one because larger networks tend to attract more customers." 12/5/2020 14:30 | Breaking 60p it will run to £1 | lewis winthorpe
12/5/2020 14:29 | When this breaks 40, next resist is 50p. However, imagine if the buying continues from iis | lewis winthorpe
12/5/2020 14:24 | Should be 45-50p tomorrow | kirk 6
12/5/2020 14:19 | Think about it, think about bepayd. First thing is bepayd won't be in the 50 but it highlights PHD will gain interest as a fintech spin-out develops inside - bepayd. 11th May - | p1nkfish |
