Large background order, mms have to be fair so any pi buys are ticking up the price.Underpriced still. Lots of upside.

Nothing at 35p now - something going on that's for sure as any tiny little buy causes mms to dash for cover. Exactly what happened last July, could just be a big buyer though

FCAP fin cap are a market maker

Yes ill try:Most market makers are bidding in big size now on or near the bid which means they are happy to take on large quantities of shares. 5 market makers are prepared to take on size above the bid and only 2 market makers will take on 5k shares at 35. This shows massive underlying strength in the stock and buyers that haven't been filled. Same scenario in hulyb

All those unhappy, please sell and be happy elsewhere. Let someone else make some money. Don't just sit there moaning, move on, be happy.

FCAP just moved up 100k - something possibly happening as the same thing happened last July just before the bidder announced

Now this is last - because of the above I'm less critical of the BoD. The path to this point has not been ideal but there is a strategy being executed and it looks really sensible and lucrative to me.

Swap out much of the BoD and possibly kiss goodbye to the end point if new blood feels the need to sweep the old away.

Careful what you wish for.

Lastly for now, the $ being burnt to create other types of bepayd is large. These start-ups are risky.

Meanwhile we get bepayd for little cost and a massive NETWORK of buying opps to utilise to reach the market. It will take time. I am also of the opinion bepayd started outside PHD would burn a good $20M to get off the launchpad at higher risk. It's a great potential, they have > £200Bn spend from their buyer network and a tonne of suppliers. To be networked properly soon.

Dyor, just mho. Take care.

I was, in my own small way, more impressed than I expected to be when I did a lot more digging a short while back and so I added substantially sub 20p. Great price.

One reason was the breadth and size of the users and they would not use Proactis unless there was something special compared to the "pack". The pack is all the others. I looked at the top 40-60 customers.

Add in that Perfect and the TBN are not yet fully exploited and that is untapped capability on the same sort of cost base.

The network effects can be massive, doesn't even include bepayd. They are looking to migrate another 850 buying customers to the TBN. Tie in Tenders and bepayd and supplier products and I am of the opinion it will be worth north of £2 as results begin to show.

Lots going on and should come together. When it does good chance of impressive growth due to 2nd and 3rd order effects.

One reason Lombsrd are here if you know their recent interests out of Swiss HQ imho.

Yes it will be interesting and they need to do better on the US side of the business and I am sure they will. Perfect acquisition has to start providing results.

Just one old example of Proactis handling an entire State.

There were 2 x reasonable size trades today that may have slipped under the radar - both appear to be buys looking at the prices. 100k plus an 85k after close. Positioning for the positive news flow.

I don't think the fall after FSP was a tree shake. People exited for their own best interest. More of an exodus all at once

The tree has been shook pretty hard from closure of FSP through to the height of Corona. 51p down to 14p Feb-April. We should be able to withstand a few pence drop from here, well prepared for it. Mm’s playing games today.
