14/5/2020 14:39 | Definitely sells? Or mm’s dragging down the price to fill large buy order? Dodgy price action. | cureboy
14/5/2020 14:16 | Determined bigger sells today......where's the floor though? It is another opportunity to load when it settles | coldspring
14/5/2020 13:09 | Little bit of tree shaking going on today plus general market malaise. A quick look on LSE reveals there’s been new contract wins in April for Proactis, as posted by an employee who has been sent the April update. Good news! | cureboy
14/5/2020 09:58 | No chance. | p1nkfish
14/5/2020 09:04 | Chances of hostile bidder accumulating here on the open market? Hope not, wouldn’t want to get a low ball 75p offer. | cureboy
14/5/2020 08:47 | Counter measures deployed again.......not too frisky if you please. LOL | coldspring
14/5/2020 08:40 | Chunky 77k @ 39p | cureboy
14/5/2020 08:26 | Pressure building again, rerating imminent imho | lewis winthorpe
13/5/2020 22:56 | The bePayd ping-pong challenge. Allegories for winning business, landing the ball in the cup. 1 2 | p1nkfish
13/5/2020 22:29 | Dated 13th May, worth a watch, interesting and new. EU Eng but also versions for FR, DE, NL and US, released today. | p1nkfish
13/5/2020 12:25 | 97p, I have no idea of the exact price action over near term but it should be much higher med-long term with wind to it's back in terms of trend barring some really bad news. It might happen much quicker than many of us expect. No sale at £1.10, that's BS. Expect business developments but no idea if they will be RNS'ed as most of them are predictable if you research what is already in the public domain and project forward to where any business person with any sense would see them going or want to take them. For all the negativity around the BoD I do think they are business people and if holders bother to research for a few hours you will see there is a great strategy being executed that should drive this much higher. It's "significant" as a bunch of opportunities, not just one, not just bepayd. Significant in expansion of opportunities on multiple fronts and segments & disruptive to others too who are more highly rated than PHD. This is why some with deep pockets are looking for stock. | p1nkfish
13/5/2020 11:57 | Tech stocks such as this are in favour too.Google showed the resilience today when stating employees can work from home forever.Where would you rather invest, a people fronted business, or a SaaS based tool which helps all that are currently affected in one way or another with a set ARR.This is going to break back to £1 very soon.So undervalued in current climate. | lewis winthorpe
13/5/2020 11:51 | Peter, what changed? You had given the Bod 3 months.Strategy same as it was, are you now pleased with the bod now the share price has gone up ;-) | lewis winthorpe
13/5/2020 11:47 | Pink and Kirk, just managed to buy in 4 small chunks, shares chunks of 8,000 - 5,475 - 17,000 and 17,000, so someone must be offloading 50,000 - 100,000 behind the scenes to MM's maybe Chelverton are offloading? Things will be up and down until mid-June, then I see a few little spikes and steady upwards movement to July, then the TU and 6 monthly update and then watch it go over 90p. I am long term Pink and enjoy the banter and info. | 97peter
13/5/2020 11:46 | Lots of positive news here here last couple of weeks. Looks a really good bet for the next 2-3 years, if they can make it that long as a stand-alone. Lots of buyers want in at this level. | cureboy
13/5/2020 11:41 | You can literally only buy 1000 online and sell 100,000 something definitely happening. This scenario only ever happens if there is either and offer in the pipe line or very aggressive buyer | kirk 6
13/5/2020 11:41 | Agreed kirk. | p1nkfish
13/5/2020 11:38 | 28/05/2006. It can change back but on every timescale I check it is in a buy trend flag all the way back to 28th May 2006. Not a reason to buy but indicates trend change that is indicative. If they manage to walk the price down the trends will change but the fact it is where it is now is very positive indicator imho. Dyor, take care, GLA. | p1nkfish
13/5/2020 11:38 | Trouble is P1nk most have sold and moved on leaving institutions and big holders left. Any shakes now not working like this morning so expect we can get to 60-80p very shortly | kirk 6
13/5/2020 11:29 | No problem for the unhappy to sell and move on, buy Coupa or something, sell PHD. US is a good place for Proactis to play. Some opportunities there in the back yard of US competitors. | p1nkfish
13/5/2020 11:12 | If you want to dump you can sell bucket loads well above the bid of 35 | kirk 6
13/5/2020 11:11 | If anyone wants to build a big position here you can buy 1000 shares at 37 | kirk 6
13/5/2020 10:45 | According to one simple tool I look at this is now in a buy trend from 3 months - 10 yrs timeframes. It can change back as it's only just over the levels and could fall but all together the trend is changing or has fully changed. | p1nkfish
13/5/2020 09:36 | It might be more tightly held than I expected and could be most of the weak holders have been flushed. If so it won't be easy for anyone to add volume without price rising decently. News is needed to force some hands or we hang around until people get bored and sell. | p1nkfish |
