And your evidence for all that is? Or is it all just IYHO? I would be careful if I was you....

As wtp says above it couldn't be below 0.5p anyway so certainly not tomorrow!

And I was not the slightest surprised that IMM did the fund raising and I said so at the time. It made perfect sense in that case.

shrout - no, I'm just being correct - it's you who was trying to split a hair, and got it wrong. I wouldn't have bothered if you hadn't tried to pontificate...

blewco - despair all you like, it still wouldn't be a spelling mistake :) Do you really understand so little about language?

Jak - so much of what KA says has been proven to be blathering nonsense, it's hard to know where his grip on the truth starts and ends. I start from the assumption that everything he says is untrue until independently confirmed. This, for instance, is from the July AGM statement:

"While our intent was to have our first commercial facility operational by the end of 2018, lead time delays in material acquisition and operational financing have now made that unlikely."

I don't believe KA ever thought for an instant that they'd have a commercial facility operational by the end of 2018 - it was a ludicrous proposition; the failure to achieve that clearly has nothing to do with lead times on materials; and it was never even remotely possible, so to call it 'unlikely' is disingenuous at best, but in my view actually an outright lie.

And as far as I can see the Toyota connection is complete fabulation, based on some tenuous connection through KA's Bulgarian friends.

It just never ends.

Correct Verification will stabilise the ship and loads more buyers who have been sitting on the fence will consider adding as will those that sold out on delays.. Even some of the negative doubters will undoubtably see the huge potential for very big gains and under their breath they will be quietly accumulating.. Be prepared to pay much higher prices than where we are at the moment.

Just remember Nobby nobody expected the £10 million raise prior to P3 results at IMM either! Anything can, and does, happen on AIM unfortunately. I'm still in here but wary.

They raised money only about 3 months ago so no way there will be another one before the verification. If the verification is negative, then they may have a little trouble getting any sort of placing away.....

If there was a placing the price would have to be 0.50 or above as that's the nominal price of shares You can't issue below that price with out a reorganisation is shares which requires a shareholder vote ? So this is just a rumour probably by those that want to cover shorts I.e the market makers or those that want to buy in lower DYORMay well be one after 3rd party verification but that could see price way higher than current level as verification will effectively revalue the whole company as it will have a seriously valuable piece of technology worth considerably more than current mcap imo

Although the CEO has the inside information on the deals being lined up, including with the likes of Toyota (which has been mentioned in a couple of RNS's) and other multinatinals.

So if the CEO says:

"...so all of a sudden you are looking at a FTSE 100 company in 4 to 5 years (PHE) that is simply in the activities in which we are engaged in the UK, exclusive of things in the EU...Australia...Japan". (Keith Allaun, CEO, Interview, 20/4/2018)

then my inclination would be it might be worth buying some shares to see how it turns out and get a slice of the possible huge upside.

Incidentally, you don't value companies like this on current revenues, you look at the potential. So if there is a chance of it being a FTSE 100 company just on UK rollout, we could be looking at a possible market capitalistion of £4 - £8 billion for UK, EU and rest of world combined. Pretty good return if it works out or even if its only half that.

Personally I hate that FTSE100 nonsense spoken by the CEO. Even if he believes it, it is bound to be received with incredulity by investors so I wish he had kept that view to himself!

shrout - sorry to tell you this, but that's not a spelling mistake, as any dictionary will show you. It's a syntax error - he's used the wrong word, not misspelled the one he did use. People in glass houses?

Nobby - thanks - you're right, it does look as though they will, which somewhat surprises me. It could be a nice trade after the 'independent' report, with attendant ramp, and before the fund raise, with attendant share price fall.

It might surprise you to hear this, but AIM CEOs have also been known to lie :¬)

I've been in since 2014 @ 1.5p so just looking to get my money back.. initially. PHE definitely on the right side of history imo but a bit of a mess of a company. Still a long outsider.. but remember Foinavon.
