17/7/2009 14:30 | Ouch, they are hammering this aren't they. Some interesting movement on MHG for anyone wishing to make some cash back. | telina5
16/7/2009 15:16 | The problem with you Tarvold is, once again, you clearly haven't a clue. Extended Verification has been going on for three years now and there are a backlog of around 600 companies waiting to get a Tribunal hearing and to date only three have been sorted. As you can see from the article HMRC are delaying Tribunals. Also just a little research will show you that PNC Telcome plc will get a result at the Tribunal based on recent high court judgement which considers it unreasonable to expect the trader to be aware of a 'trader not present' in the supply chain, even if there were, if due diligence was carried out in this regard. If you are having trouble with the big words let me know I'm sure I can help. | inside2
16/7/2009 14:13 | The only conclusion you can draw from that inside2 is that PTC were either directly involved in a carousel fraud or where an 'innocent party' in a carousel fraud chain. Otherwise they would have received their refund by now. | ![]() tarvold
14/7/2009 18:51 | i have got no idea whats going on BUT at the end of the day even the sceptics have to admit somebody is buying up these shares.Since the 23rd june i reckon roughly 125million shares traded ????????????? | albycat2
09/7/2009 14:38 | inside2 You really are a clueless moron, you deserve to invest in PTC. | ![]() tarvold

09/7/2009 09:51 | LOL - If you believe that inside2 then unfortunately your plight is even worse than I suspected. The Board received and accepted a request from Darren Ridge to convert a GBP50,000 convertible loan note and has agreed to issue and allot 50,000,000 new ordinary shares at 0.1p per share in accordance with the terms of that note. This note was included in a tranche of convertible loan notes totalling GBP500,000 convertible at 0.1p per share at any time for seven years from 29 April 2005 to 28 April 2012. In addition, the Board received and accepted a request from Darren Ridge to convert a GBP10,000 convertible loan note and has agreed to issue and allot 10,000,000 new ordinary shares at 0.1p per share in accordance with the terms of that note. This note was included in a tranche of convertible loan notes totalling GBP120,000 convertible at 0.1p per share at any time for seven years from 17 February 2005 to 16 February 2012 which were issued in February 2005. Don't even know why I'm trying to clarify things to you, I guess I'm just the sort of guy who pulls someone out of a burning building when they want to stay because it's 'lovely and warm' | dusseldorf
09/7/2009 09:15 | tarvold is correct. its an EXISTING loan note conversion. why is it so difficult to see ? so its certainly not a NEW cash injection at all!! | ![]() tomboyb
09/7/2009 08:16 | Anyone loan note holders who saw it's brief surge to 0.3 is thinking If I don't get out now I never will....as long as the muppets keep buying, this scam of a company will continue | dusseldorf
09/7/2009 02:54 | They are conversions of existing loan notes you muppet not a fresh cash injection! Mostly like Mr Ridge is now trying to offload his shares to try and get some of his cash out of this dog. | ![]() tarvold
