Barge pole, not touch it with yours etc.. etc.. the absolute maximum this could be worth is 0.3p - 0.4 even with cash rebate. Classic pump based on rumour, dump and / or suspension looms

Note that there were trades at 9:45 and 9:59 (149777 and 195820) which have subsequently been sold at a profit (13:04 and 14:08).

Looks like either one or both of them were iNside2s trades ??

on what basis, there is nothing here, and if they get a VAT return, 1.5 mill max, that would equate to a price below 0.3p and that includes whatever current business they have. , you have to ask.. are you sure?..

saffy..

Yes, and it will possibly go higher after the pull back.

Is it a CERTAINTY ??

Is PTC's nature exactly the same as the one in the article ??

Someone just gambled £5,000 on this - bless them - they could have got them for around £1,500 earlier in the day.

Be careful - my guess is we'll see share price plummett in due course.

This company has been prevented from trading by HMRC, as have around 600 other companies. They were all caught up in a process called Extended Verification which stopped the VAT refund and effectively prevented the company from trading. This process was set up HMRC to catch rogue traders who operate a Carousel ie claiming VAT refunds on non-existing goods or the same goods going round and round.
A recent Tribunal ruling made it a certainty that PNC Telecom plc would win the day against HMRC, see previous post.
The refund is worth around £1.5million and loss of business something like double that.

According to my calculation this will go as high as arround 1.35p then pull back.

663mill shares in issue. mkt cap @ 1.35 would be around 10mill. coupled with the fact it is a leo knifton company.

If you use the VAT refund as a basis for a valuation then 1.5p is on the cards. I feel that it just has to be news of the Tribunal date that is driving this and because PNC Telecom are squeaky clean a positive outcome is a foregone conclusion. Now if the loss of income suffered by PNC Telecom plc forms part of the settlement with HMRC I would suggest 2p plus. as fair value.
