Im hearing that BT and Vodafone are looking to take the company over. I can see the price going to at least 11p over next couple of days. Now is the time to get involved.

There you go again Tarvold talking stright out of your ass. It's amazing how some one who clearly hasn't a clue can post with such certainty.

'The proceeds will be used to provide additional working capital for the Company.'
It says what the cash is to be used for you muppet, to keep the company a float.
Presumably while it's directors can con a few more mugs. They've obviously got fed up of lending their own money to the company to get worthless convertible loans.
No doubt giving them the same story you've been peddling here for the last 2 years. What a coincidence!!!

They will know a whole lot more than you Tarvold. Do you know what the cash is to be used for? Of course you don't, and that makes a nonsense of your post.

2trying in answer to your question about issuing shares while knowing what the cash is to be use for. Of course they can! That is one of the main reasons why companies have a listing so that they can raise cash 'as required', always assuming they can find someone to part with the cash.

In a landmark ruling, city lawyers Thomas Cooper successfully appealed a VAT and Duties Tribunal verdict to uphold HMRC's refusal to repay around £1.1 million input tax to trader Blue Sphere Global on the grounds it had 'means of knowledge" of carousel fraud in a supply chain.

The case was heard in the High Court Chancery Division and supports an earlier judgement against HMRC by Mr Justice Lewison in the Livewire case, reinforcing the requirement of HMRC to prove a link between the trader and the fraud. Thomas Cooper claimed the verdict precluded HMRC "refusing, save in exceptional cases, to refund VAT to legitimate traders."

And the very person who gave full support to hmrc to persecute traders Is in charge of a bunch of criminals, and in the case of all legitamate traders no charges have been brought. No this government have made unlawful delaying tactics called extended verifacation. And the recourse. one only. the tribunal, and wait for it. there is no availability of legal aid, anouther tactic created by government, you couldnt make it up.But in favour of the pnc there will be restitution.

Just checking this one out and it seems that Cairn investments are selling out bit by bit. They still have quite a holding but I see 2 further 5 mill sales yesterday which I'm guessing is them. Any thoughts as to why a large holder would be backing out as if they are going to sell off their whole holding that is quite an overhang to clear and may mean that it will be a while before the share price can progress
