Well it looks like I sold prematurely, but hey I needed the cash, thats the trouble with positions, when a company suspends, your broker demands you pay up.

Good luck folks its flying at the moment.

A note of caution though, watch out for Jacknife and his loan note mates, they have plenty to feed the mms with above 0.1p, unless that is they have come to an agreement with management.

I wonder if a Tribunal date has been set. I heard some time ago that PNC Telecom would hear by the end of this May. Finger's crossed as this could fly to over a penny if that was the case.

mm now bidding for 1 million at 0.12p v offer 100K @0.2p....interesting.????

Looks like their is life in the old dog yet, somebody has just paid a premium for 484K ????

Also yesterday the mm contacted me through my broker for my entire holding and offered me 0.07p, I called their bluff and asked for 0.08p which was immediatly accepted.....so I am out.....needed the money to help buy in a position in GGG, which has been suspended.

mms this morning are looking for shares, bidding online for 2 million at 0.085p, but I suspect one can get near to 0.1p......only offering 50K shares at 0.15p.

As PNC Telecom was well managed it looks certain the VAT refund will be made. The big question is 'when' because as this article points out, the Treasury, thanks to that idiot Brown, is broke and really does not want to have to make any refunds.

....The big assumption on any claim here is that PTC's carousel dealing was legitimate. One man, a desk and a mobile phone was and still is PTC, so I doubt any court would rule in their favour IMO of course.
