Click on the link and go to page 1048, through to page 1052. This shows the the 'Extended Verification' process that PNC Telecom plc is trap in is in fact not a legal process.

Look guys, I am no fan of PTC, I have been a reluctant holder for years, Her Majesties Customs & Excise, killed this stock, just when the company under Joe Case was making some headway. Jacknife has been right over the years and stock fell to sub 0.1p, the loan note conversion price. However things are not always black & white in the stock market.A couple of weeks ago there was a large buyer, who took my stock. Whether that buyer is still there is another question. I am now watching on the sidelines with interest, but will not touch it again, tooooo....many shares/loan notes in circulation. DYOR

Why should they have a meeting Unless BT and PNC Telecoms are planning to launch a new venture in Telecoms because the company has no involvement in Telecoms so it cannot be a purchase of the company. Although the director have experience in Telecoms. Thats the only reason I can think of.

BT are preparing to make a bid for the company. Hasn´t come to the wire yet, but would´nt be suprised if the share price reached at least 2.43. Now is the time to get involved.
