07/10/2015 14:13 | How do you reckon on 50% downside? Last earnings for the half year were for 20p. The company has about 50p cash. Seems like max downside is 300p putting the company on an ex cash rating of about 6. | seernb
07/10/2015 14:10 | I was a bear, and still think all is not quite right, but I think this ship has sailed. Whilst I think the deal will go through, I wouldnt want to risk a buy with ten percent upside but fifty percent downside. | ![]() elcapital
07/10/2015 14:03 | Anyone thinking of jumping in here? Anyone planning to short the shares? | seernb
06/10/2015 16:21 | No greggs here sunshine. Just some very nice tapas, whilst looking over the sea Of course, CVC were going to offer eight quid, but they forgot to. You really are stupid if you believe that. CVC would have made an offer if they were interested in it.....clearly they were not. So if the deal falls through, they share price will rise, as CVC will make a much higher offer???.........wha | ![]() elcapital
06/10/2015 15:21 | Are you back from your Greggs Donut yet See the Sunday Times story - CVC were going to pay 8 quid. Is that not a coincidence that it ends up at exactly half that? | liquidkid
06/10/2015 11:12 | You clearly cant read, or understand anything Im going for prawns now. Hasta luego | ![]() elcapital
06/10/2015 11:05 | what do you know - still making ludricrous calls as you do. Eh PTEC were the white knight that rode in to save PLUS from the mauling from the pack of bears that were using the FCA, FT & BI as their pawns. There are NO regulatory issues - the FCA are dragging their feet because they have been played like fiddle and are likely to block the deal just to save face. If this was a chess game then the next move will probably be: Sweep the board clear of the pieces then swat the opponent over the head with the board whilst shoving a handful pawns into his face. | liquidkid
06/10/2015 10:45 | Utter rubbish. Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder,or shareholder. Shares are worth what the highest bidder will pay for it,and that was four quid. I didnt say there was going to be a problem, but CLEARLY there are some regulatory issues. If this falls through, the share price halves. | ![]() elcapital
06/10/2015 08:10 | I have been a bear on these, but not sure if I totally agree with this. That said, a bird in the hand....... www.shareprophets.co | ![]() elcapital

01/10/2015 14:04 | Has anyone in the past successfully filled out a 'Withholding Tax' form as I would like some advice please re filling in my 'Declaration of status for Israeli tax purposes' form. My shares are held in a Barclays Nominee ISA. Specifically - a. Part 3. Taxpayer Identification or Social Security No. (if applicable) Is this the same as National Insurance number ? I should say I'm a non-tax payer. b. Part 7. What does capacity mean ? c. Nominee's Certification Should this be left blank ? Thanks in advance. | ![]() flagon
