morning chaps, I was talking yesterday to someone who's buying a modern hotel not a million miles away from MG1, its just come off the back of a 2 year govt refugee contract & its been trashed in that time by the occupants to the extent that its now uninhabitable. Of course the govt (ie us) are on the hook for end of lease dilapidations & theres a substantial six figure refurbishment underway before the deal completes at our expense. I doubt if this is an exception.
