3k is a tiny amount. But i do expect a placing in next 3 months.

When the news hits it will not matter so much but in medium term it is critical

Looks like a big sell at end of play today...most likely placing shares taking their 20% gain. Mm's will know soon they will make a few quid on them when news drops

Personally i think the license will not come. India will take the asset and settle for a decent pecentage of value.

They make money selling for x and giving us say 40pct.

No point them risking a big cliff edge IMO

I think this is a semi long play
The key think is not to dilute as time passes.

I bought here for the long run, either licence or BIT, I suppose mining would have taken similar time to bit process! However I do feel there still might be a deal to be done with the G o India..but who knows..dilution would not be a problem then.

Best example.
De grey. Around 10m oz. Shallow pit. Based in australia. They also have exploration upside.

Valued over 1bn gbp. But they have performed better drilling. Are in australia ( which is huge). Grade is lower but when we drill more ours could fall a bit (easily).

I would not get massively excited qbout over $750m to $1bn.

The biggest thing is dilution here not valuation.if we raise 2m gbp at silly price, reduce the value of claim by little under 20%.

I think this is the biggest shareholder issue not the valuation.

I think 1billion is fine.

Broker will be being spoon fed probably from company.

Other companies have better defined resources ( more drilling)

I just thought..times of India mention $1 billion say 7 million oz of gold ..that's $143 per oz seems a bit low?

Thanks..how do they value the claim per oz ...at a % of spot back dated to first court date or % of current price?...I think they can also claim interest and so on which I reckon is pretty much unknown...more interested in how/what claim per oz.

Just finished an over 1hr long chat with CEO.

He really has a great skillset, finance, mine valuation and dispute resolution.

The interview with zak was good but this chat was so much better.

I noted gently about an update being implied by an RNS. But i did not push beyond that.

My main takeaway is that he understands the mindset of investors in pat.l. which is critically important

None of that makes much sense to me.I don't recall PAT staying at 20p for long.

If you're saying the number of shares has increased by 185%, then you'd take 20p and divide by 2.85, to get 7p, which is around the current share price

A 8% return on 7p over 5 years would be 10.28p, which is nothing.

I don't see where the £1.3b comes from either? They've hinted two or three times now that the claim amount will be around $500-1000m, which is (at current rates) £392.7-795m

Current market cap is £11.47m ($14.6m). 1.46-2.92% of the hinted claim amount.

Assuming we follow a similar trajectory to Green, we could see 5-20% of the claim amount over the next few years. Plus West Africa assets.

Pat floated at around 20p..with dilution of 185% ..ie 62 million shares at listing v 176 million now.20p plus 185% = 57p...Institutions let's say looking for 8% pa return over about 5 yrs = 84pSkimming through rns list, no major tr1 sells. Will institutions & pi soon see a return as above?...basic maths...to me it looks like Mk cap of around £147 mill made up of £12 mill current & 10% of a claim of £1.3 billion...
