Many on the LSE forum are comparing PAT to GreenX simply because they're a mining company. Never mind that their BIT case is for a different mineral, in a different country (different BIT), and was caught up in Covid.

Or they're using the 2010 research as their bible, where most the cases aren't under the same treaty. They're old cases too which means they don't cover all the recent cases in India.

There's no direct comparison or precedence for our case, how it ends is anybody's guess.

The only thing I know is that LCM have rigid DD before they agree to non--recourse funding, and they have a lot of experience in this space. If Allenby are correct (remember they're paid by PAT), the share price should see 25-50p during the process.

To be fair Ed you have you feet flat on the ground, mine maybe a bit higher. I recently watched all the MB interviews, I feel Mark may have a few tricks up his sleeve. The knowledge I do have is doing business in India, you feel like banging your head against a wall somtimes, however eventually the facts sink in when there is no other option. (Takes time )In this case, the GoR/I may/will pay up sooner rather than later.

I repeat x 5 min from now to start of proceedings spring next year ( not long ) or earlier settlement , unlikely.

Can’t wait for claim ammount to be announced .

400k of shares traded. That trade was actually the day before, another 'sneaky mm trick imo'.Looking at the prices of trades around it I reckon its a buy.Still new to this so everything imo!But I am confident we will see a good rise in this share short/mid/long term anyone's guess, PAT seem to have at least 3 Aces.

Rising 10x(overtime) or anything plus is good by me. To be honest this share price doesn't seeto follow the rules at the moment. LCM funding announcement being one.

My personal opinion ( based on some research) brokers have to tread very carefully, especially until its confirmed BIT or settlement, the RNS did NOT conclude a settlement is still NOT an option. I tend to agree that once (if) the BIT claim is know, a proportion of that value ie 20% ish will be added to market cap, with a steady rise there after.

Those numbers are from the research by Allenby Capital.
