The big news will either be LCM confirming the funding following their DD, or the announcement of an Indian JV partner. They are always behind schedule, but I think we'll get it. Just topped up my final amount for the forseeable future. Started buying at the peak, 37p. Averaged down to 10.4p now, so still in the red.

Those are most probably related to the share options issued with the fund raise in May not a new fund raise

Qs99 the news yesterday was the interview on Proactive. Mark is confident the DD by LCM will be complete before the month ends.

People are speculating that an RNS on the Bhukia JV partner will arrive soon, with an amicable agreement from the government of Rajasthan to follow.

Interestingly the latest request to delay the court hearing came from both parties this time, not one party like all the previous delays. PATs case has also recently moved to the front of the queue on their website. We've been in the back of the queue for a couple of years.
