02/10/2023 13:32 | Many on the LSE forum are comparing PAT to GreenX simply because they're a mining company. Never mind that their BIT case is for a different mineral, in a different country (different BIT), and was caught up in Covid. Or they're using the 2010 research as their bible, where most the cases aren't under the same treaty. They're old cases too which means they don't cover all the recent cases in India. There's no direct comparison or precedence for our case, how it ends is anybody's guess. The only thing I know is that LCM have rigid DD before they agree to non--recourse funding, and they have a lot of experience in this space. If Allenby are correct (remember they're paid by PAT), the share price should see 25-50p during the process. | edhellas
02/10/2023 12:56 | If you worry about this short term it maybe a problem for some. Info on BIT, Cascades will change share price Imo. I am in for the long road. | punting
02/10/2023 12:44 | 10.8% day fall and still falling. Not good ! | jeanesy
02/10/2023 12:37 | Looks like Lse has subtle derampers turned up. | sutherland1
02/10/2023 10:52 | 1545000 shares in circulation. | punting
02/10/2023 10:15 | shareprice being hammered | jeanesy
01/10/2023 16:10 | To be fair Ed you have you feet flat on the ground, mine maybe a bit higher. I recently watched all the MB interviews, I feel Mark may have a few tricks up his sleeve. The knowledge I do have is doing business in India, you feel like banging your head against a wall somtimes, however eventually the facts sink in when there is no other option. (Takes time )In this case, the GoR/I may/will pay up sooner rather than later. | punting
01/10/2023 16:04 | I repeat x 5 min from now to start of proceedings spring next year ( not long ) or earlier settlement , unlikely. Can’t wait for claim ammount to be announced . | sutherland1
01/10/2023 15:14 | If Allenby are correct, it'll be more like 2.5-5x | edhellas
01/10/2023 15:06 | 400k of shares traded. That trade was actually the day before, another 'sneaky mm trick imo'.Looking at the prices of trades around it I reckon its a buy.Still new to this so everything imo!But I am confident we will see a good rise in this share short/mid/long term anyone's guess, PAT seem to have at least 3 Aces. | punting
01/10/2023 07:02 | Rising 10x(overtime) or anything plus is good by me. To be honest this share price doesn't seeto follow the rules at the moment. LCM funding announcement being one. | punting
01/10/2023 06:30 | My personal opinion ( based on some research) brokers have to tread very carefully, especially until its confirmed BIT or settlement, the RNS did NOT conclude a settlement is still NOT an option. I tend to agree that once (if) the BIT claim is know, a proportion of that value ie 20% ish will be added to market cap, with a steady rise there after. | punting
01/10/2023 01:42 | Those numbers are from the research by Allenby Capital. | edhellas
30/9/2023 20:47 | All that matters right now is the claim Amount which 20%/30% of the claim will reflect in our market cap . All your other calculations come after that . | sutherland1
30/9/2023 15:15 | If it's $500-1000m, that would be 25-50p at the 90% discount. Cascades should add a little bit of value on top, but not much in the short term. If you read the recent research on DFR, they mention a similar project selling for $60 per oz. They expect Cascades to contain 2-5moz. We own 20%, so 400-1000koz effectively. If we got $60/oz, that's £19-49m. Factor in 3-5 years of dilution and it's not the 100x return some expect, but still very profitable. PAT have said multiple times they are mindful of dilution and Mark/the board have done a good job so far to minimize it. Assuming Fasken want a ~15% cut like LCM do, $500-1000m compensation would leave us with $300-650m if we win, 15-34x current market cap. Something to note though is that these arbitrations rarely grant 100% of the claimed amount, generally they grant half or slightly less. | edhellas
30/9/2023 08:33 | I hope that is a 400k shares buy printed after hours. | jeanesy
30/9/2023 07:51 | Thanks Edhellas, assuming the claim amount is announced this side of Christmas (plus other positive news) we should be heading for around the 50p mark? Can anyone shed any light how long before we know the claim amount. I am sure PAT have this figure already, but I assume due process etc will dictate publication? | punting
29/9/2023 22:08 | New rns today, Allenby also put out a research note two weeks ago which I missed. They expect the BIT claim to be $500m-$1000m, to take 3-5 years, and for PATs share price to reflect around 90% of the compensation claim prior to the decision. | edhellas
29/9/2023 15:25 | doesn't look that way at the moment | jeanesy
28/9/2023 18:02 | Market has settled by the looks of things. Hopefully a nice steady rise ahead. | punting
27/9/2023 15:15 | Back I see to 10.40p to buy after dropping to 8.75p. | punting
