My view now is that most likely outcome is farm out. I assume if it wasn’t on the cards they would have done a placing already. Possible they wanted to wait for relevant approvals before pulling the trigger on either option but that would leave a very narrow window for a placing. So farmout the expectation and placing the fallback.

Suspect that won't get the same level of media coverage that the ceo of Moderna got with his comments yesterday...

Good as long as we all hold for gold …be it 1% or 50 or even 100% … I firmly believe in hold for gold 💥🙌🏼

I think you’d find most on here would have much more than 1% of their portfolio invested here, if that’s what you mean by personal wealth.

Each to our own kinbasket.
1% could be viewed as lack of conviction.
Not too sure it's as simple as a toss of a coin either.
PANR is 15% of my portfolio.

In this my first ever post on ADVFN, having been a lurker since March 2018 (certainly feels longer than that!)I would just like to echo the eloquent post by MahanaKiwi, above.I bought my first shares (10,000) in late Spring 2016 (at 144!)and primarily due to the knowledge of the investment case gained from reading this, now the third board I've followed, I am now up to 450,000 shares (and holding!). So, like MahanaKiwi, and on the cusp of what I am confident will be extraordinary days ahead, I would just like to thank all of the great posters who have lent their expertise and knowledge to folks like me, someone not well versed in either O&G, or investing. Of course there have been many a great webinar etc., but Darcon, Tele, Scot126, Rabito, GG, Spangle, ResponsibleInvestor and many many others have taken the time and put in the effort to educate all of us and I am among the many who are indebted to them. Without wanting to get too long winded here, I should also single out the efforts and fantastic jobs that GG, Mike 290, Flight and 44Wolf44 (both of whose usernames on ADVFN escapes me at the moment, sorry!)have done in establishing and supporting PANR's presence on Discord, Reddit, Stocktwits, and Twitter, where I have actually hopefully added a bit to the discussions there as Rumbum810. But whatever I may have said there, was learned here.

I think we should each pick a day this month when we believe the funding RNS will be released. If we each pick a different day then one of us will be able to say "you see, I told you so" which seems to be the currency so desired by many on this thread. The winner will forever be able to claim "I was right all along, and you lot were wrong which makes me The Best" (a psychological desire which I suspect only exists in humans and not other animals or insects or amphibians and must have some evolutionary benefit to it).

Anyway, I'll pick Tuesday 7th December

Was always going to bounce strongly from yesterdays drop as they was nothing to do with PANR as such and therefore represented a bargain offering (I bought 3 lots yesterday as documented) If you also topped up then well done to the brave... the fundamentals hadn't changed and nothing was new and I expect this to rally back to 85/95p level and hover until news which could be any day.

Slightly off topic , but today I went for my booster , the appointment was booked 4 weeks ago. I arrived to be told they had run out and did not know when next batch would be delivered. This conjures numerous thoughts but I though I would post it . Anyone booked then ring ahead and check , might save a wasted trip . Ridiculous
