02/12/2021 19:50 | 24p in my case. Not bothered one jot about the current share price, I’ve seen 8p and 95p, negative oil and $85/bbl. Roll on the end of the drilling season...if they have funds to pay for the ice road that is...😂ԅ | michaelsadvfn
02/12/2021 19:19 | Agree bad gateway, but the same people almost certainly held their shares at 23p back in April so maybe you're picking a timeframe that suits your own pettiness rather than their investment timescale. | rideacockhorse
02/12/2021 19:15 | No histrionics, no swearing just a bit of weeping and a lot of wailing as nearly 80p became sub 70p. lol | bad gateway
02/12/2021 18:40 | Hi winner. No personal attacks from me, but, polite personal request - please could you stop posting about a fundraise, contacting brokers etc. and delete those posts. Many thanks. | probabilityofsuccess
02/12/2021 17:55 | Guild - fyi, 5 posts on the Guild thread today. No histrionics, no swearing (not even by me), no conspiracy theories. Only calm, measured comments. If this sounds like you're/ure/your kinda place, head on over. | scot126
02/12/2021 17:50 | john "The Pinnacle" swan193 - to answer in turn. 1. Fair point. Two answers for you. This person/entity would be declarable as their unit size is greater than 3% of the mkt cap of PANR. Secondly, and you wouldn't necessarily have awareness of this as you're not experienced in the front office, sometimes certain investors are happy to have their name associated with specific investments. Admittedly there are nearly always selfish (read financial) reasons for same but there you go. 2. Breathtaking revisionism. Not even going to start down that route as it's been litigated here before. Save to say you actually had to be reminded to fulfil your commitment to me and the thread. I would never in a million years divulge information to you again. Due to your conduct on the one occasion I foolishly elected to do so, I judge you to be wholly untrustworthy. 3. Noted. | scot126
02/12/2021 17:34 | Scot , you almost got through writing a post without a personal attack. I would retort , however I’m bound by a confidentiality bond by the name of James. If someone has an advisory brokerage that they squire shares via/through then why are you so anti communications between shareholder and said broker , that’s what they are there for , to advise to impart advice , guidance , opinion and so forth . If the thought is a fundraise what on earth is the matter with that ? The market clearly sees it , look at the share price movement. Now please , here’s 10p go to a phone box and call all of your friends . | winner66
02/12/2021 17:06 | Well, Winner66, feel free to chortle away. There are loads of folks who read this thread who know exactly who I am and they know my historical involvement with PANR. You can bait me all you like, I'm not telling you the identity of the buyer from April. I do promise you, Winner66, that if this person/entity does become a shareholder and he releases me from my bond of confidentiality, you'll be the second person to whom I relay the news, after john "The Pinnacle" swan193 naturally. Now, be off with you, you pig ignorant PoS. I still cannot actually believe you suggested folk phone their brokers. Jings! Crivvens! Help ma boab! What a register! | scot126
02/12/2021 16:41 | Scot . I will let others read your post and have their own opinions as to the sort of person you are . I shall only add , I don’t care about your views on me , I don’t care in the slightest, because you act as a self proclaimed expert of all things PANR yet your waffle is utterly transparent ,interestingly more and more people had a negative opinion of you way before I decided to even consider it ! Absolute laughing stock , I quote , I know a major shareholder, quote , secret dealings taking place re buying out Fs shares , I could go on , could I not ? | winner66
02/12/2021 16:32 | Hi Winner66 - couple of things. It's *you* who is behaving like a selfish moron by alleging rinkydinks on the part of Farallon. You then doubled down on your idiocy by urging people to call their broker. You are a f^cking moron. I know of one extremely large shareholder (declarable) who would like to ring your neck (metaphorically) right now. Fact. Stop posting. Give it a rest, will you. PS you're = you are and your = possessive PPS "could of been" does not exist as a legitimate conjugation in English. It's "could have been". Ure welcome. | scot126
02/12/2021 16:24 | Anyone care to venture a technical opinion? | gorgeousgeorge01
02/12/2021 16:17 | GG. Like I said speak with your broker in order to gauge opinion . Scot your delusional sadly , believing only the drum you beat. You can’t resist personal assault , you do it frequently and you foam at the mouth if anybody wishes to have a different opinion . Also finally there are a certain number of days a company has to produce an RNS , my point re Farralon was simply the notified position of today could actually of been the position of a week ago . Fact !! | winner66
02/12/2021 16:13 | "Given the Grand Old Duke of York price action we've seen this week it's odds-on for a 10% plus rise tomorrow!" I notice BP, Exxon et al are trading up. | gorgeousgeorge01
02/12/2021 16:11 | Given the Grand Old Duke of York price action we've seen this week it's odds-on for a 10% plus rise tomorrow! | rideacockhorse
02/12/2021 16:08 | Let's be frank about it. Anyone buying in at these levels, in a success case, is likely to do very well out of it. Code 1 alert! Something brewing? | gorgeousgeorge01
02/12/2021 16:07 | I strongly advise anyone reading Winner66's disgraceful post not to do what he suggests. It will set off utterly needless gossip in the City. If Winner66 wished our BoD to have the weakest possible hand, he's going the right way about it. There have been many occasions when I've marvelled I share a register with some utter morons, but you're going right into the Top 10 with today's performance, Winner66. If you think potential farm in partners, their lawyers and bankers don't monitor bulletin boards for shareholder sentiment then you're an even bigger idiot than I suspected this morning. To everyone else - do not do what this unsophisticated, selfish, self-harming clown suggests. This morning he had Farallon pegged for illicit TR-1 behaviour. Not content with that, he wants the hand of your BoD weakened. He's either a top secret villain or a brain dead moron. I'm going for the latter option. | scot126
02/12/2021 16:03 | "GG 100 percent agreed and the apparent consensus is in the 70p range . But please have the chat with your own brokers and see what the feeling is" We shall see. I've never doubted that this seasons drilling campaign would be fully funded, one way or another. I'd be more than happy to see a fundraise at these levels whilst retaining our working interest. | gorgeousgeorge01
02/12/2021 15:57 | GG 100 percent agreed and the apparent consensus is in the 70p range . But please have the chat with your own brokers and see what the feeling is | winner66
02/12/2021 15:54 | "If any of you have brokers who are not the major banks ie a few levels up from them , then give them a call and ask about fund raise . Certainly not bad news but might explain a few of the recent swing days re price." Even if a book build began tonight, I suspect it would be oversubscribed. | gorgeousgeorge01 |
