If any of you have brokers who are not the major banks ie a few levels up from them , then give them a call and ask about fund raise . Certainly not bad news but might explain a few of the recent swing days re price.

Gotta love the volatility in Brent. Belief OPEC+ won’t cut means $3 fall in 10 mins. Realisation that not cutting may mean that OPEC+ see demand higher than anticipated (or at least not dropping as anticipated) sees Brent bounce back!

Which website, WASTEOF? If by "P" you mean the company website, I've just accessed it now?

Scot this is factually correct , as is the wider audience value the assets at a lower sum than that of the BOD and indeed the paid for research notes . Which I may add is very normal . Currently the value of PANR is its total number of shares times approx 0.68. That is also fact .

bad gateway - your quotation from an RNS is factually correct. Also factually correct is the BoD received farm in offers (plural) last year. The Board made a call on behalf of shareholders not to accept the farm in offers as they assessed the offers materially undervalued the assets' potential on a risk/reward basis. Accordingly, they pressed ahead with a fundraise which was announced on 19/11/21.

Great call last year by the BoD, wasn't it? We now own 100% of Talitha and 100% of Theta West. And if you don't think PANR has a better data set this year v's last year, bad gateway, then you haven't been paying attention. Happy for you to point to any other UK O&G stock which reported a 3700ft column of oil in the last 12 months?

The Board of PANR 2.0 seem to know what they're doing, eh?

Just to factcheck scots last post PANR's NOMAD allowed this to be RNS'd last Sept..

"Farmout update

Pantheon confirms that it is actively engaged with multiple parties who are presently undertaking analysis of the farmout opportunity. Such parties range from National Oil Company in size to smaller, more specialist groups, and accordingly farmout discussions have ranged over the entire Alaskan portfolio to smaller singular projects. Pantheon confirms its objective is to drill in Alaska this coming 2020/21 winter season if it concludes a farmout transaction by the end of autumn."

Then come Nov the placing happened..

Scot you have a way of belittling anybody who dares to have a non protective view point . I will point out that this company who stated within a webinar with regard to cash reserves quote Justin , you do the maths has a short while later borrowed in the scheme of things a small amount of money. You and I and anyone else would appreciate that PR is not the strong point , and ultimately it may not matter whether the PR is good or not if the assets potential are realised. I don’t mind opinion that differs , but your statement of fact approach is somewhat rude. So if I may , speak behind your key board in the same way as you would face to face . Have nice afternoon

In todays crazy market where some oil companies seem like they are allergic to oil, Shell is a good example then if TW is as big as has been touted the press success for an IOC is somehow negative because of Greta type headlines & the idiocy of unrealistic energy demands.

If you build out infrastructure from east to west you taper some of the green politics with incremental growth. You get revenue on the journey. You likely pay less to jump in.

That said I appreciate our BoD are in the driving seat and will negotiate from their strength. Just a point that a name coming onboard might leverage their name and cash with an order of play to their suiting. I might be overthinking it but if this is an elephant you still have to eat it one bite at a time.

Aye, that's an option too, PoS. In the Q&A, Jay expressly stated they were in negotiations with parties interested in one, two and all of their projects, didn't he?

Even a very minute success at Talitha will see this multi bag many times IMO. This as the board have said could be the largest on shore find on the slope.... time will tell but all the data suggests that's the case and it's not like our bod doesn't know what they're doing ... 100's of year experience and most on the slope. I'll follow that :)

Farmout for something and subsequent fundraise for something else - doesn’t have to be one or the other does it?

@yoghurt I disagree re: Alkaid. W/o drilling Theta and getting clear what they have, all of their negotiations and plans throughout the year (until next winter's drilling season) will be complicated by having to address the whole range of Theta's outcomes.

(Not to mention that a partner for the whole thing has TW as its priority, too, for the obvious reasons of quantity of oil and price.)

Getting TW done should both make the surrounding orga easier and settle whether they have to shift focus and how. That's the priority imo.
