20/12/2015 12:57 | Good morning Maytrees, if OXS wins there will be some discount in the market cap to the amount of payment due whilst collection / payment is awaited. If 'the market', for example, deems that an appropriate discount is 15% below the value of the sum due then there will a queue of buyers to take up RAB's (or any other sellers) stock if it falls below that. RAB will also manage any share sale with common sense and will want the optimum value so they aren't going to drop all the shares at once for a heavily discounted price. Besides, even if they did it would be a very short-term correction whilst value hunters stepped in. Volume will be high and RAB selling might make a bit of difference but not massively in the way you have indicated. They will also have a close eye on developing events and if there is the prospect of RS selling the claim on for a smallish discount then RAB will not want to damage his hand by hitting the share price. | ![]() nick2412

20/12/2015 12:42 | Considering the RAB issue once more: Is not the RAB issue really a red herring for if OXS win so that its share price rises to say 15p, if RAB then try to sell millions of OXS shares the OXS share price will fall to say 4p. But would not OXS then be worth taking over by another Co for its entitlement to Uzbekistan millions? Presumably the key for PIs even if OXS wins (not guaranteed anyway) is to wait and see rather than rush for the exit. I know ARM was entirely different but did not PIs who waited do as well if not better than many who immediately headed for the exit? An other advantage of waiting if the result is positive is to see whether the OXS management propose voluntary winding up (ironically like RAB itself is proposing) or whether a t/o is put to shareholders' vote. | ![]() maytrees

20/12/2015 09:53 | It would now seem inconceivable that the judgement will not be given by year end. The city/ speculators will be forced to cast a vote now one way or another, with this in mind I would offer the following advice:1) Buy as much stock as is financially possible at the current price 2) Hold on to your hat.It has not taken all this time for OXS to lose. 19/12/2015 17:44 | Always worth a look at ireporter website, shows links to Oxus and the case last updated on 23rd Oct and 4th Nov I suggest that this may indeed be the the very near future that rs alluded too....i wonder what games are bring played by white and co.?....our own lawyers have us still down as one of their highlights of 2015 with a claim in the region of euro 400m as the claim amount......my suggestion is in the 36pence to 42pence range....but please dyor. 19/12/2015 10:47 | Worth remembering: We don't know that OXS will win, so minimum possible pay out is $0 This is arbitration without appeal, if OXS are awarded (for example) $200m, then RS's comment that they want at least $400m cuts no ice, butters no parsnips etc. Still very hopeful of a positive outcome, but there are no guarantees. 19/12/2015 08:57 | Nothing new in this latest debate about RAB One imagines Oxus will make their fund substantial gains if the arbitration verdict is huge. Recall, they recently converted debt at 8p, and they had the choice to convert in previous years had they wanted out completely. Some folk may start to think that the market (including RAB and Trident) has been given a clear signal of news in the very near future, and RAB, just like PI's will be selling on a predicted large re-rate in the OXS share price (NAI). | ![]() giant steps
18/12/2015 23:35 | Dave...I thought you promised to go to Lanzarote!? I've told all my mates to get the next plane home, warning them that a grey man with a grey suit mouthing words of eternal greyness was to drizzle (boringly) eternal boredom and non-interest upon them, spouting words of such vapid vacuosity that it even made a vacuum feel full.
