Just one last thing, Nick et al, I still believe the clues to Quantum in our case are right before our eyes (IF we win)..

There are very obvious markerts IMO here - Newmont $80Million (lowball)

RBS finanace was to be $150Million

and Chinese Finanace was to be $185Million..

These are the ballpark figures where this is going IMO

it's the arbitration panel which will make the judgement and the best expert guide on valuation has come from E&Y who are professionals who are trained in research, analysis, evaluation etc

papillon, yes, the Chinese funding is a good starting point but remember that valuation didn't take into account Khandiza. OXS reluctantly took that expropriation on the chin in the hope they could retain the more advanced AGF project.

Yes, something for Khandiza would be a bonus as would a punitive award for the Uzbeks nastiness towards OXS.

Anyway our opinions don't matter one iota; the only opinions that count are those of the arbitration panel. Fingers crossed they are generous towards OXS.

NO no no!

They DID call them a bunch of crooks in the 2007 Annual reports (an earlier point), so why not later .

SO they were being truthful one year but not the next?

being truthful sometimes and not at others? How does this play out to lawyers?
