Interesting story thanks! I would draw attention to Nick2412's recent discussion with the company. I continue to trust RS's integrity and honesty. However, he would not ( pure conjecture on my part ) have much care for people who buy on expectation of news i remember his rather contemptuous reference to roulette at the agm when reflecting on the share price I may have slightly misremembered his wording but you get the gist.

ARBITRATION RESULT RNS TIMELINE:

20.01.14…..expected during 2014
19.05.14…..expected during 2014
29.05.15…..We initially hoped for a decision December 2014
30.09.15…..in the very near future

It is now 1 year 11 months 17 days since OXS expected the decision in 2014.
It is now 1 year 07 months 17 days since OXS repeated they expected the decision in 2014.
It is now 79 days (almost 3 months) since OXS said “in the very near future”…*VERY NEAR FUTURE*

As much as I wish not, I think the 'very near future' quote was a means to get the CLNs converted. I am still hoping for a positive outcome soon, have one million reasons to be hopeful.

What is in it for the lawyers to recommend to RS to issue a very near term statement.anyone any ideas?

Buying into OXS is clearly a risk whatever % chance of success one speculates at.

Comment or gossip during the wait, with others who have taken the same risk, pending the OXS decision showing whether or not one's investment will prove worthwhile, is helpful to some at least.

I hold rather fewer TERN too and there seem to be dozens of posts on TERN threads for every couple or so on here.

Some investors may not find the possibility of comment or gossip about cos they have invested in relevant to their needs and far from investing others may have shorted - so each to his/her own.
