07/10/2015 17:33 | So then fellow OXERS - when do we think the result is coming ? | bobtheslob
07/10/2015 16:43 | Timing would have been a damn side better a month or two ago but hey ho. No JAW? I'll take that any day of the week. | reesyheli
07/10/2015 16:34 | Intraday technicals also setting up nicely | the stigologist
07/10/2015 16:32 | Pretty bullish after the technical 'carnage' yesterday | the stigologist
07/10/2015 16:30 | So it's looking like an 'Inside day' and a long tail reversal hammer | the stigologist
07/10/2015 16:23 | Good to see you here Reesy, timing is good as it looks like it is the home straight for this nice adrenalin ride of a stock. Let's hope it's the Oxus Gold medal ... the CEO is about the opposite you could get to the smooth and suave JAW and that's a big plus. | nick2412
07/10/2015 15:58 | Reesy, as you say, she's not questioning the amount and she says " I generally agree with the outcome of the award." She was, however, an Uzbek, appointment and I wouldn't be surprised to see her dissent (in similar style to the recent pdf) on some points for the final decision. Any additional write-up she has done might explain the reason why it has taken quite a bit longer than OXS's lawyers originally envisaged. One dissenter won't make any difference to the outcome though. | nick2412
07/10/2015 15:44 | Well just finished reading it all. Don't see the problem, the woman is an academic, she obviously has a problem with the inconsistent nature of the post/anti calculations and doesn't want any loose ends left that will be used in future calculations. I can't see anywhere that she's questioning the amount awarded. or Questioning the validity of the claim. Be happy for anyone to point out the errors in my thinking (as long as it doesn't include a chart or the word "fundamentals" /lol) | reesyheli
07/10/2015 15:24 | Whilst TW was correct in saying it's not always the case RUR were informed when their UNCITRAL arbitration verdict was to be announced (RUR RNS'd the information on the 20/12/13 that their verdict would be given before end of January 2014. It was in fact given on the 3/02/14). If OXS were given a firm date for their verdict and they announced it via RNS then I could see the OXS share price rising dramatically immediately following that RNS. Over 10p? | papillon
07/10/2015 15:19 | I can't Stig..... because I'm THICK, and I don't understand it! | festario
07/10/2015 15:15 | Look at that pennant set up within the 50 and 200 EMA's on the 15 minute interval Intraday chart | the stigologist
07/10/2015 15:12 | Yes, procedurally the parties pay the arbirtators' fees at the outset. As I have previously posted, the rules provide that "the costs of arbitration shall in principle be borne by the unsuccessful party". These include the arbitrators' fees and our legal fees. Note the words "in principle" so there's wriggle room but the idea is a sensible one. Also, typically in Court litigation not all of the winning side's legal costs are borne by the other side, usually it's about 60-70%, I'm not sure whether or not that is the same in arbitration. | wilfy75
07/10/2015 15:12 | The fiddlesticks (candlesticks! LOL) pattern for today and yesterday is (currently) possibly bullish. The candlestick pattern for Friday and Monday was possibly bearish and so it turned out to be yesterday. Just observations. We'll no doubt see what transpires tomorrow. | papillon
07/10/2015 15:06 | Not sure I promised anything :-p Just felt at some point we should get through the RAB and Darwin overhang and then fundamentals and chart should reassert itself. Festario if somebody is interested in trading this and says they aren't interested in the chart then they leave themselves at a disadvantage because the other people involved in the 'zero sum game' of trading will be using the charts for their own entry/exit/averaging | the stigologist
07/10/2015 15:06 | To anyone more familiar with these proceedings might help me. I understand that the parties select one arbitrator each. However I was not under the impression that the selected individuals on the panei are paid directly by the parties? 25214 seems to imply they are? | loverat
07/10/2015 15:02 | Stig, the intra day reversal you promised seems to be happening!Maybe there is something in this TA stuff after all !! | festario
07/10/2015 14:54 | No your right - I lost the will to live after 15 pages. Essentially she will back unlawful expropriation at a premium and at the time of that expropriation which suits me. | dave444
07/10/2015 14:53 | She had to write that otherwise she won't get paid by the likes of the Uzbeks and other thieving Governments to do their dirty work 'Just doing my job' will come back the defence. | the stigologist
07/10/2015 14:51 | Wow, hxxp://www.italaw.co A partially dissenting opinion. I tried to read it - honestly I did but ....... it seems like she lost and 29 pages later her spleen was vented! Or am I misinterpreting it. I hate to see a fully dissenting opinion! | adamnw
07/10/2015 14:50 | Well that told me /lol | reesyheli
07/10/2015 14:34 | O/T Thank you Dave, i have moderated the following post #25191 to remove the response The matter is now closed. | giant steps
07/10/2015 14:30 | The inference if any is from your perception in my opinion but i will edit my post if it makes you feel better. RS who i have spoken to on a few occasions is straight up and i have not suggested or ever would that he has in anyway been other than professional in his conduct. | dave444
07/10/2015 14:27 | dave444 You are quite right. You have posted nothing wrong. Folk being too sensitive imo and need to look at their own postings first. | loverat |
