Well, Festario can count his lucky stars for the freedoms we enjoy here.

Here it is a quick stroll up the Strand and the case gets laughed out of court for trivia. In you know where, he might get chucked in a vat of boiling water.

Festario, if you try view profile you see moderated text still shows
so either make lots of posts so it drops from your profile summary
or arrange to get it deleted.

He seems unusually quiet this last few minutes. I hate to think he has popped out to visit his lawyer and going to threaten yet another super injunction for posts made here.

I'm going to delete my earlier post anyway, as you say I have held over 5 years... and it was a reaction to a distressing fall in the share price I have never doubted Mr Shead's integrity before, and I don't now.So, Stig, and others, advice taken.I apologise unreservedly.Giant Steps, please could you delete or moderate my earlier post?

Excellent potential for a high volume long tail hammer reversal or something like that. I think it needs to close above 4p for it to count ?

Not sure your transformation from chart expert to arbitration expert to wannabe lawyer is going that well?

Perhaps if you think the post is 'close to the bone' you should not have reposted it as the copier is equally as liable. That makes your post 'close to the bone'

But with your newly aquired expertise in all matters, please tell me if I am wrong.

I think this comment was the closest to the bone. But Festario has been a good long term holder here so I would put his uncharacteristic outburst down to short term disappointment rather than being reflective of his long term position. Festario I would suggest sending a note to RS apologising up front.
