07/10/2015 11:22 | "long tail reversal hammer" or Bullish Engulfing candle. ROFLMAO Really?! How about, what will be will be until we find out if we have won or lost?! | paule3
07/10/2015 11:20 | If verdict news breaks during the day then sidelined folk looking for cheap re-entry may find themselves indefinitely locked out. Interesting times ahead for the very near future | giant steps
07/10/2015 11:03 | Interesting perspective on 'Bearing Engulfing' patterns. Although they are seen as 'bearish' given this commentary it might not signal an actual reversal in a price trend but simply a 'slow down in the advancement' Now what would be really fascinating is if we get a long tail reversal hammer or Bullish Engulfing candle which would suggest massive technical move up coming... but then the fundamentalists know that already | the stigologist
07/10/2015 10:58 | Trade Wise 6 Oct'15 - 23:55 - 25088 of 25152 0 0 pap, then why didnt he tell the market that the lawyers told him the result will be "very soon". What he stated came across as unsourced. >>>>> I don't know TW. I was only repeating a claim made by a poster on the lse bb who said he had spoken with RS on the phone. As I said in my post I don't know if the lse post is genuine. | papillon
07/10/2015 10:46 | Are we setting the base for the next slingshot higher ? MACD on the intraday technicals about to turn positive | the stigologist
07/10/2015 10:42 | Market rollercoaster for the T+10 brigade from end of september | giant steps
07/10/2015 10:29 | My views 1. In January he cancelled Darwin and said he (((hoped )))to work with Darwin in the future meaning he new it would take time and he did not need the money. 2. Now he's using Darwin again for the next 12 months ,100k a month at because now he needs the money ,because it takes time to get money when you have WON he needs money to get the award from Uzbeks which takes time hence placing at 100k a month. 3 He said very near future which I feel he knows the timetable for result. 4 Most important bit in the RNS was (((( change of control"))))Which some said in a previous post which I agree on (((it's highly relevant that they mention interest payable in the event of a "change of control", the implication I take from this is that Oxus may already be in discussions with specialists .))))Which means is that if they won 1.2 bill but they no it's going to take time he does not want to wait that long for the money he sells the compony say at 900 mill they give the cash to Oxus ,then the now owner will takes over to get the money from the Uzbeks which for them is a 300 mill profit coz Oxs was awarded 1.2 bill and they got it for 900 mill.((EXAMPLE ))So he is very clever he has now got funding for the next 12 months so when they win he has cash to work for 12 months to get the money from the Uzbeks OR he can sell the company and say at 20% discount to the award get instant cash and let the new owner get the money from the Uzbeks. He has 2 routes he can take. | aimshares
07/10/2015 10:20 | Noirua, it's your money, your choice In the big scheme +/- 1p should be small noise | giant steps
07/10/2015 10:17 | Yesterday's RNS was in fact a might bullish but lots of skittish punters had piled in without a thought. OXS is still worth 6p imho on a pure gamble basis, however, thank you to the frightened ones that gave us a chance to book more profits yesterday. No doubt GS is fed up with my trading stance but that's the way it is for me. GS will prove to be right in the end and EK as well. EK has such extreme experience it is worth following his views as the Beechers Brook Arbitration fence gets ever closer - good fortune... | noirua
07/10/2015 10:15 | Jungmana if/when Darwin and RAB are out I would expect MM's to mark this up to 4.625p+ because they will know they no longer have decent supply tap Just a guess but I don't think small moves within current trading range indicate that RAB are out at all. That isn't how overhang plays work | the stigologist
07/10/2015 10:14 | Jungmana, the closer we are to 12p, the easier decision for Rab | marmar80
07/10/2015 10:14 | Take a week of work | handykart
07/10/2015 10:12 | Looking very strong today. What will happen when RAB clear. What will happen when we get awarded with $700M+ | webshares
07/10/2015 10:12 | I think we cab safely say RAB are out. Bring on 10p before arbitration news :-) | jungmana
07/10/2015 10:11 | Yes, but look at Rab pool. They only have interest in a few companies. Won't take long to sell all of that. | marmar80
07/10/2015 10:07 | O/T mm80, perhaps you should look at other funds as an example of winding down. Even if the shareholders agree to close the fund, it may take years. | giant steps
07/10/2015 10:03 | Or we could just gap up over 3.75/3.80 | the stigologist
07/10/2015 10:00 | Adding to the 12p conversion talk, RAB may be forced by own shareholders to convert at this price. All depends if their intention is to cease business before year end. | marmar80
07/10/2015 09:55 | Edge There were several types of conclusion being drawn yesterday. There were some who were drawing stupid conclusions and questioning RS integrity. Anybody questioning the fundamental case on the Darwin news was wrong. But those questioning the short term trading price were right and jumped to the right conclusion. | the stigologist
07/10/2015 09:53 | will 3.75-3.80p be short term intraday resistance ? | the stigologist
07/10/2015 09:50 | Stig, So should we get an award in the very near term will we have have problems shifting 10m volume! lol. Also a move from 4.6p-3.25p yesterday was more than 12% was it not? It was folks jumping to the wrong conclusions that's why 80-90% of people on AIM lose money. Regards, Ed. | edgein
07/10/2015 09:49 | A number of 100k+ buys now, back to 4p | tburns
07/10/2015 09:49 | As ever 'first hour is retail' so that would have been the margin traders getting closed out | the stigologist |
